The Life and Spiritual Journey of No One
Posted by Literary Titan

R. J. Fidalgo’s The Life and Spiritual Journey of No One is a contemplative exploration divided into three distinct parts, chronicling the author’s personal path to spiritual awareness. The initial segment delves into Fidalgo’s formative years, reflecting on his sense of isolation during childhood, his educational experiences, and the early stirrings of his moral and spiritual consciousness. It follows his journey into adulthood, highlighting the challenges and milestones as he forges a family and continues his quest for spiritual enlightenment. The latter two sections shift focus to practical aspects, with the second part concentrating on what Fidalgo describes as a ‘spiritual diet.’ This includes discussions on exercise, nutrition, fasting, and gut health, presenting these as integral components of spiritual well-being. The final section broadens the scope to encompass various spiritual concepts, narratives, and deities, offering a richer tapestry of spiritual knowledge and practices.
Fidalgo’s writing is accessible and engaging, successfully conveying the struggles and triumphs of his spiritual quest. His narrative demonstrates a commitment to deep self-understanding and an acknowledgment of the diverse paths individuals may take in their own spiritual pursuits. The book resonates with a sense of humility and respect for the unique nature of each person’s journey. I found the insights offered in The Life and Spiritual Journey of No One to be both meaningful and versatile, applicable in various ways depending on the reader’s personal context.
Fidalgo’s willingness to share his deeply personal experiences is commendable, and the book is a valuable resource for anyone seeking to deepen their spiritual connection and understanding. Fidalgo’s approachable writing style, combined with his honest reflections and respect for individual journeys, creates an inviting and enriching reading experience.
The Spiritual Journey of No One, by R. J. Fidalgo is a thoughtful and comprehensive guide that not only charts the author’s personal journey but also extends a hand to readers looking to navigate their own spiritual pathways. It’s a book I would recommend to those on a quest for a more spiritually fulfilling life.

Humble But Happier Contented Life

Rise of a Lightworker shares your transformative journey into the Spirit Realm and how you discovered a meaningful and fulfilling path in life. Why was this an important book for you to write?
I felt quite compelled to write this book to be honest. I have had so many amazing outer worldly experiences, that it occurred to me that there might be many people out there who had had similar experiences and were afraid to even tell close family or friends because they might think they were going mad.
It was important to me to also document my transition from having a very successful materialistic lifestyle to a more humble but happier contented life, and that in spite of losing everything, I actually found my true twin flame and a greater life purpose when I relocated to another country.
What were some ideas that were important for you to share in this book?
Healing others is my passion, its very real, and I believe all human beings have an ability to do this, but it’s something we lost sight of during our development. In the book, I give examples of the benefits I have witnessed for people I have treated, sometimes in random settings such as a pub. They might be complete strangers I have by chance encountered. I also wanted to share some side effects of developing trance healing, the physical discomfort at times, and the emotional shifts one has to go through to become a clear channel for your healing guides to work through you.
Distance or absent healing, as it is sometimes known, is a very powerful way to heal others, and I explain the process of “sitting in the power, setting the intent ” and the importance of asking for the white light of protection before I do this.
What is a common misconception you feel people have about the practice of Reiki and its healing benefits?
I think a common misconception people have is that they must see or recognise their spirit guides and that its difficult to connect with them. Firstly, its not important to know who your healing guides are, and secondly I believe we are all connected to them from birth, and its just a case of sitting in the power on a regular basis to develop a stronger connection .
What is one thing you hope readers take away from your story?
That everything happens for a reason, even sometimes bad things.
