This children’s book has relatable characters that children will enjoy reading about and laughing at their antics. There are fun facts scattered through as well, such as peanuts being a legume and not a nut. These are worked into the story seamlessly, making it fun to learn while laughing at the actions of the characters. The whimsical illustrations done by Jazinel Libranda are expressive, bold, and full of details. I loved seeing the full-color artwork on each page, bringing the story to life, and children will love finding all the small touches that are included making each character unique.
