  1. Wow, great review on this important topic and book. I will order this book and insist all my friends read it and follow it. Everyone I know who eliminated carbs from their daily diet (except for the OCCASIONAL treat) lost weight like magic and lost that weight permanently. Sugar cane sugar and all carbs are pure poison.
