At the heart of the conflict lies the Aldrich family, whose fate becomes linked to that of the Earth itself. Aksel is Chairman of the World Supreme Council in Brussels. His son, Weston, is a defiant Air Force pilot, while his daughter, Reyanna, is a brilliant young scientist captivated by AI’s potential to save humanity. With the guidance of an AI avatar and mentors at the AI Institute, Rey devises a solution to counter AIMEE, and drafts a radical reform plan, drawing from history’s greatest political and social ideals to forge a new world order.

But when Rey exposes the regime’s atrocities by hacking into a classified data vault, she becomes a fugitive, hunted by relentless agents and harbored by a resistance leader.

Forced to break with their father, Rey and Wes decide to rally alongside the resistance and military officers to wage a desperate war against the regime.
