The You Beyond You

The YOU beyond you: The knowledge of the willing by [Award-winning Author Ramzi Najjar]

In The You Beyond You, author Ramzi Najjar discusses the different ways in which the body and mind are negatively affected by various inputs. The author provides examples of how to minimize these kinds of effects and replace them with positive inputs. This book goes even further by exploring how to go beyond these positive inputs to actually accessing “the source,” the collective consciousness of the universe in making life not just bearable but intentional and designed in the way we want it to be. The book touches on even the simple things we may not consider as very impactful to life but actually they are like the meals we eat, the content we choose to take in, how we prevent and treat illnesses in our bodies. On a fundamental level, the author covers all the basic elements to illustrate how on the most elementary level they are all connected internally within us and then are manifested externally.

Author Ramzi Najjar’s writing is easy to follow, flows easily, and if received with an open and willing mindset, then it can be life changing. The author builds on some established ideas. For example, you are what you eat. The interesting and compelling part was the author making the connection to show how what we eat becomes a part of our basic genetic component, then further becomes a part of our existence and how we interact with the outside world. Interacting negatively with others can have negative results and although interacting positively with others does not always guarantee a positive outcome, the ultimate results will all show the interdependence of all human interaction.

I recommend this motivational book to anyone who is on a journey of self discovery. The You Beyond You is written for people who are ready to elevate beyond a personal level of consciousness to understanding the collective consciousness better.
