The Fat Burner Secrets
Posted by Literary Titan

Daniel Eamer’s The Fat Burner Secrets is a blend of personal narrative, practical advice, and scientific insights designed to demystify weight loss. Eamer presents a realistic approach to fat loss that cuts through industry gimmicks, providing readers with actionable steps to achieve healthier lives. Through personal anecdotes and relatable examples, the book feels as much like a conversation with a trusted coach as it does an instructional guide.
Eamer’s conversational writing style is one of the book’s strongest points. It’s approachable and personal, making complex concepts feel straightforward. His explanation of The Food Filters® system stands out as a unique tool for identifying foods that support fat burning. The writing reinforces key ideas through repetition, ensuring the motivational encouragement remains front and center. For readers seeking inspiration and a consistent boost of positivity, this approach might be exactly what they need to stay focused and driven.
The heart of the book lies in its balance of science and practicality. Eamer doesn’t claim miraculous results but instead emphasizes sustainable habits. He tackles the psychological hurdles many face with dieting and introduces strategies that feel both relatable and achievable. His emphasis on consistency over perfection resonates deeply, especially in a world filled with extreme diets and fad solutions.
I appreciated the relatable anecdotes peppered throughout the book, such as Eamer’s recollection of his high school friend Robert’s transformation journey. It’s an inspiring example of persistence and the effectiveness of the methods Eamer promotes.
The Fat Burner Secrets is perfect for those just beginning their health journey or anyone tired of the hype surrounding weight loss. It’s not overly technical, making it accessible to readers who want a grounded, heartfelt guide to weight loss.

Coco’s Courage: Meeting The Dentist
Posted by Literary Titan

Little Coco has just started kindergarten and is delighted to meet new friends and embark on new adventures. However, Coco harbors a secret: she loves candy. Discovering candy in various places, she sneaks it without her parents’ knowledge. This leads to a severe toothache, forcing Coco to confront the truth and make her first trip to the dentist. With the support, guidance, and prayers of her parents, Coco finds the courage within herself to face this new challenge.
Coco’s Courage: Meeting the Dentist, by Dr. Shon Shree Lewis, serves as a gentle introduction to dentistry for children. The illustrations by Viona Betzy and C. Lola are vibrant and brimming with the joys of childhood. The narrative unfolds at a gentle pace, and I appreciated how Coco’s parents help her face her fears, improve herself, and grow as a person throughout the story. The book also provides a reassuring explanation of the dentist’s procedures, making it an excellent tool for introducing the concept of dental visits in a non-threatening manner. The depiction of the dentist’s office, complete with an aquarium and friendly staff, helps demystify the environment for young readers. This visual aid is particularly useful in making the dentist’s office appear less intimidating and more welcoming.
While it’s important to teach children about honesty and the consequences of stealing, I feel the religious undertones may not resonate with all readers. The emphasis on praying and relying on God for courage, though comforting, might not be as relatable for a more secular audience. That being said, the story’s core message of finding courage and being honest remains universally relevant.
Coco’s Courage: Meeting the Dentist remains a cheerful and valuable book for children, emphasizing moral values and the importance of facing fears. Its core message of courage and support and its effective introduction to dental visits for young children make this the ideal book to read together at home or in the classroom. This heartwarming story about finding inner courage with parental support is perfect for children learning about dentists for the first time.

Heal Holistically
Posted by Literary-Titan

UnTraumatized shares mental health techniques, spiritual principles, and your personal stories of God’s healing & recovery. Why was this an important book for you to write?
Sharing my experiences as a memoir helped me to process it and recover from the devastations of my past traumas. I also wanted to empower others as a Mental Health Counselor, how to heal holistically from crisis and trauma with hope and resilience.
Trauma can take various forms and impact each person differently. What ideas were important for you to share in this book so that it would be relatable to a wide audience?
Acknowledging a person’s pain and suffering to safe people and counselors and providing spiritual, professional, and personal knowledge for every reader to feel hope to heal.
What is one thing you hope readers take away from your book?
God is the ultimate healer of all pain, grief, and loss. He redeems us through His unconditional love, forgiveness, prayer, healing, and the support of family, friends, and counselors.
What is the next book that you are working on, and when will it be published?
My next book focus is likely going to be about living a resilient life through the wisdom of God.

Healthy Aging, Sports Nutrition, and Motivation
Posted by Literary-Titan

New Jump Swing Healthy Aging And Athletic Nutrition Program is part memoir and part nutritional guide; you share with readers your personal journey and provide detailed research to help back up your claims. Why was this an important book for you to write?
As someone with a knee disease at age 12 as well as chronic respiratory issues, I became very interested in personal health and rehabilitation. In the process of seeking out health information, I saw a consistent pattern of minorities having the highest rates of chronic American illnesses. I did not see a great deal of information within my community on this. I was the student representative for a school of philosophy and health called the Tree of Life located in Harlem, NY. Working with advisors from that school, I sought to write a book on health using many of the books from the school as well as my own research that would make people aware of the high rates of illness that affected them. I also wanted to establish my program of whole food plant-based nutrition as a new form of vegetarianism. To that end, I have written 3 books. The Philosophy of Divine Nutrition and The Way of PDN: The Ultimate Vegetarian Athletic Nutrition Program. These two books were used by me to break Guinness world records in public speaking. New Jump Swing Healthy Aging and Athletic Nutrition Program is the revised and updated version of those two books reflecting the latest research in healthy aging, sports nutrition, and motivation.
How much research did you undertake for this book, and how much time did it take to put it all together?
I have been researching health, fitness, and nutrition since I was in elementary school due to my own personal health issues and interest in science. My first book was written in 1977 and my second in 1986. I continue to keep up with this research. This is the third edition of New Jump Swing Healthy Aging and Athletic Nutrition Program.
What were some goals you set for yourself as a writer in this book?
To impress upon the individual the ability to have good health and fitness with a regular lifestyle.
To encourage those seeking athletic performance to go in an all-natural direction, as opposed to drugs.
What is one thing you hope readers take away from your story of gaining better health?
Improvement in your health is possible with education and persistence.
