Seven Years of Tribulation
Posted by Literary Titan

In Seven Years of Tribulations, John D. Cadore offers an intimate glimpse into the tumultuous period he endured due to political prosecution after years as a practicing attorney in Binghamton, New York. Through his narrative, Cadore delves into the complexities of facing wrongful charges, encountering jealousy, and navigating the murky waters of racism within the echelons of power. He poses critical inquiries about the integrity and equality of the justice system, shedding light on the dark underbelly of conspiracies and malevolent motivations by those in high positions.
The book doesn’t just recount Cadore’s legal battles; it also portrays the profound impact these events had on his financial stability and family life, offering a multidimensional perspective on the repercussions of his tribulations. Cadore’s direct and informative writing style ensures that readers are immediately drawn into the gravity of his situation, understanding the severity of his experiences without being bogged down by superfluous details. One of the most unsettling revelations in Cadore’s journey is the conduct of those tasked with upholding the law, as he highlights instances of legal guardians prioritizing their reputations over justice. This narrative isn’t just about one man’s struggle; it’s a commentary on systemic issues within the legal framework. Beyond the legalities, Cadore provides a heartfelt exploration of his values and familial relationships, allowing readers to empathize with his role as a father aspiring for a brighter future for his children. Despite financial hardships, he proudly discusses his children’s resilience and achievements, offering a glimmer of hope amidst adversity.
Seven Years of Tribulations serves as a call to awareness, urging readers to recognize and challenge the corruption and systemic oppression that can pervade the legal system. Cadore’s story is more than a personal memoir; it’s a rallying cry for justice and transparency, emphasizing the importance of sharing such narratives to foster a more informed and vigilant society.

Breaking Down the Barriers
Posted by Literary-Titan
Perceiving Depression is an intellectual journey that prompts readers to consider new perspectives on mental illness and look at a mix of historical, religious, and scientific approaches to understanding human experiences. Why was this an important book for you to write?
To try to know myself, in moments of deep emotional crisis, or in short, to know in depth what is happening to me and the possibility of controlling myself, with the help of people who in my opinion represent the greatest moral authority or the truth of the things that can be applied in my life.
What were some of the goals you set for yourself as a writer in this book?
The exploration of the things that so intensely affect me, but in the realm of self-knowledge, even though such inquiry terrified me, nevertheless at the same time I felt protected by the promise of the truth in which I always believed if I stuck to Socratic philosophy through reading the classical Greek Plato. In order to regain the security of which I felt I had lost in a resounding way; due to the intense and morbid fears to which he suffered daily.
Did you find anything in your research of this story that surprised you?
Yes, because unexpectedly, without really intending to, I discovered the thoughts that violently subjugate me and arouse intense fear, and above all, to be able to see them in their essence or reality, that is, as senseless or merely absurd thoughts.
What do you hope readers take away from Perceiving Depression?
May they allow themselves to know themselves by breaking down the barriers or fears that often prevent us from seeking the truth, that is, that under solid guidance it is possible not to fall into deviations or misdirection for all those who, out of necessity or interest, wish to cross the oceans of thought; which, like a sailboat, is carried by the prevailing winds where we do not want to go. However, this knowledge, of diseases due to psychiatric imbalance, does not promise a cure without specialized medication, but it can contribute powerfully to helping us not to fall into the downward spiral of uncontrollable fears. And I want to add that, for me, it allowed me to conclude my working life, after 32 years of work, of which almost 27 were developed in harsh work environments (as an operations engineer on offshore oil platforms), a period in which, for various reasons, I experienced strong relapses, which I, not without little difficulty, overcame and even more, allowed me to conclude in a normal way with the end of my working life.

It is not the product of an inspiration or state of mind, nor is it the product of a set of observations only, nor is it yet the product of arriving at reason, nor is it reason itself. It is the product of a method attached to the desire for the search for truth, which makes it a scientific method with unexpected and impersonal conclusions that end with the reality of the path to the stillness of thought.

PERCEIVING DEPRESSION
Posted by Literary Titan

Domingo David Franco Assad’s Perceiving Depression presents a multifaceted exploration of depression. Assad skillfully intertwines Greek mythology elements, Plato’s philosophical musings, and historical figures such as Dante, offering a distinctive reading experience. The book delves into the complex interplay between depression, neuroscience, and various stimuli that influence our thoughts and feelings. Notably, it also examines the role of religion in understanding and coping with mental health challenges.
Assad’s narrative navigates the terrain of mental struggles and religious beliefs, examining how these aspects intersect in the context of depression. A particularly striking element in the narrative is the protagonist’s confrontation with suicidal thoughts, set against the backdrop of his religious beliefs that view suicide as a sin. This conflict leads to a journey of self-reflection and self-awareness, demonstrating the profound impact of personal faith in mental health—a connection often overlooked in traditional discussions.
The book’s style is dynamic, predominantly adopting a dialogical form reminiscent of Plato’s works. This stylistic choice enriches the narrative, introducing a diverse range of references, from ancient civilizations like the Persians and Macedonians to contemporary Nobel laureates in neuroscience. Such a wide array of references adds depth and historical context to the exploration of depression. Assad skillfully navigates the book’s rich tapestry of ancient, mythological, and religious references, making them more accessible and engaging, especially for non-native English speakers. His simplification of these complex concepts ensures that readers from diverse backgrounds can appreciate and connect with the book’s themes, enhancing the reading experience for a broad audience.
Perceiving Depression is an intellectual journey that prompts readers to consider new perspectives on mental illness. It may particularly resonate with those who appreciate a blend of historical, religious, and scientific approaches to understanding human experiences. The book invites diverse interpretations, likely to vary based on individual life experiences. It’s an intriguing read that offers insights likely to linger with readers long after the last page is turned, recommended for anyone seeking a fresh lens through which to view mental health.

A Path to Excellence: The Blueprint to Your Greatest Potential
Posted by Literary Titan

A Path to Excellence offers a refreshing take on the self-help genre, guiding readers towards realizing their full potential and striving for excellence in various life aspects. Author Tony Jeton Selimi emphasizes that greatness is within everyone’s reach, contending that self-imposed limitations are often the biggest hurdles. The book commences by challenging societal norms and expectations, advocating for a life beyond the mundane.
Selimi presents a compelling narrative structured around eight fundamental principles for personal excellence. These include transforming pain into purpose, envisioning success, aligning actions with meaningful values, systematic planning, consistent coaching, accountability, resilience, and viewing challenges as opportunities for growth. Applying these principles, Selimi believes, can lead to personal, professional, and business breakthroughs.
One of the book’s standout aspects is Selimi’s use of relatable analogies and real-life references. His comparison of the resilience found in babies learning to walk and the significance of gratitude in cultivating a positive mindset is particularly striking. These elements provide memorable insights and ground the book’s teachings in everyday experiences. Selimi’s writing style is clear and coherent, making complex ideas accessible to a broad audience. He ensures a smooth transition between ideas and maintains a logical flow, which helps readers navigate the content without confusion.
Including current events, such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russia-Ukraine conflict, adds a timely and relevant layer to the narrative. The book targets individuals feeling constrained in their personal and professional lives, especially those aspiring for growth and excellence. Selimi resonates with readers who might feel trapped by routine and societal pressures, assuring that challenges and adversities can be transformative. Drawing from his personal experiences of overcoming abuse, homelessness, and various struggles, he offers a testament to the power of resilience and a positive mindset.
While the theme of overcoming obstacles to reach one’s potential is common in self-help literature, A Path to Excellence distinguishes itself with its clarity, personal anecdotes, and well-rounded approach to personal development. This book is not just a motivational read; it’s a structured guide for those seeking to elevate their lives to new heights of achievement and fulfillment.

The Medical Science Liaison Career Guide, by Dr. Samuel Jacob Dyer, serves as an essential resource for individuals keen on pursuing a career as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL). Organized into three distinct sections, the book meticulously addresses various facets of the MSL profession. Initially, it provides historical context and insights into the evolution and purpose of the MSL role, grounding readers in the fundamental aspects of this career path.
The second section transitions into practical strategies for identifying and applying to MSL positions, serving as a roadmap for prospective MSLs. The third and final segment of the book is dedicated to the interview process. Here, readers are furnished with detailed guidance on preparing for interviews, understanding common questions, and employing effective communication techniques, offering a well-rounded perspective on the entire process.
Recognizing the competitive and challenging nature of the MSL field, particularly in industries like pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and healthcare, the book is a beacon for hopeful readers. Dr. Dyer’s writing is both effective and accessible, striking a balance between informative content and readability. His use of a clear, straightforward style makes complex topics approachable for a broad audience, without diluting the professional depth of the subject.
Dr. Dyer maintains an objective tone throughout, presenting the material in a manner that is both engaging and informative, though I believe some may find it leans towards the serious side. The book’s modular structure is particularly beneficial, allowing readers to digest it in segments relevant to their current needs. This approach enhances the utility of the book as a long-term reference tool.
The appendices provide further value, with practical tips on virtual interviews and definitions of key pharmaceutical industry terms. The emphasis on the increasing need for a doctorate in the MSL field and insights into the expectations of hiring managers are particularly noteworthy, offering a realistic view of the industry standards.
The Medical Science Liaison Career Guide stands out for its comprehensive coverage of the MSL role, from historical background and educational prerequisites to practical job application advice. Dr. Dyer’s use of data and survey results adds a layer of credibility and relevance, making it a crucial read for anyone considering a career as an MSL. This book is highly recommended for its thorough and practical guidance, steering individuals effectively through the complexities of the MSL profession.

Akashic Records Reading with Tao Chang: Messages from my Heart for Healing and Transformation
Posted by Literary Titan

In Akashic Records Reading with Tao Chang, author Ricardo B. Serrano explores the intertwining of Taoist philosophy and the concept of Akashic Records, a repository of a soul’s history and potential future as it relates to healing and transformation. Serrano’s approach, deeply rooted in the teachings of Lao Tzu, emphasizes the role of heart-opening and unconditional love in spiritual growth.
Serrano presents an intriguing viewpoint on the significance of one’s actions, suggesting that deeds of love, compassion, and kindness can elevate one’s spiritual standing, as recorded in the Akashic Records. Conversely, negative actions are thought to lower vibrational levels, affecting various life aspects. The book argues for a close connection between actions and spiritual development, a theme resonant in many spiritual traditions.
The writing style is clear and informative, reflecting Serrano’s profound understanding of Taoist principles. He skillfully explains complex concepts like Tao Science and the soul’s location in the body, making them accessible to readers new to these ideas. The use of Sanskrit terms and references to ancient spiritual concepts adds authenticity, and the inclusion of quotes and teachings from spiritual masters deepens the book’s impact. Serrano effectively combines spiritual teachings with practical advice, enriched by his personal experiences. This blend enhances the book’s credibility, offering a holistic view of spiritual development.
While some may find the frequent use of quotes and proverbs repetitive, they serve to underline key points and strengthen the book’s arguments. The book’s layout, with clear explanations and segmentations, would benefit from further editing to enhance readability. Despite this, Akashic Records Reading with Tao Chang remains a valuable resource for those interested in the intersection of spirituality, Taoist philosophy, and energy healing. It offers practical insights and guidance for individuals on a self-discovery and soul-enlightenment journey, potentially providing answers to life’s challenges and directions for overcoming obstacles in health, relationships, and finances.
Serrano’s work, Akashic Records Reading with Tao Chang, is a meaningful contribution to spiritual literature, promising a hopeful perspective on a more enlightened future for humanity.

Ease the Financial Burden
Posted by Literary-Titan
In The U.S. 2023 High Power-Bill Crisis, you provide individuals and families with methods and tips for saving energy and significantly reducing their power bills. Why was this an important book for you to write?
My debut publication was extremely important to me because this past June of 2023, I was in a private Facebook group, and a member was looking for referrals for new attic insulation as her power bills were tremendous. The other members were posting energy savings advice that was so far beyond wrong–I knew then I had to set the record straight. I watched in real-time on other Facebook posts of members having to get second jobs to cover their escalating power bills. All I could see was fellow Americans suffering daily, and they had no clue how to take back control. In that moment, it became clear to me—I had to do something to stop their pain immediately.
It is clear that a lot of research went into writing this book. Can you share a little about that process and how long it took to put your book together?
I have spent the last 30 years of my life as a licensed state of Florida air conditioning contractor, so the knowledge I shared was literally my life’s work come to life. The Facebook post with all the procedures and protocols took me roughly 7 straight hours to draft. I then sent the manuscript to a few publishing houses, and I was quite surprised when Archway Publishing from Simon & Schuster picked up the manuscript. The entire process from posting the manuscript on Facebook to the final publication date took roughly 8 weeks. Believe me when I tell you this entire process has been an unforeseen beautiful whirlwind of true blessing and high favor.
What is one thing you hope your readers take away from The U.S. 2023 High Power-Bill Crisis?
I only wish for the readers to understand they have the power to dominate the amp-draw (energy consumption) of the building they call their home. For some Americans, this publication will help ease the financial burden on their savings account—For other Americans, this publication is the difference in being able to feed and clothe their children.
What is the next book you are working on, and when will it be available?
Let it be known, I have never ever aspired or even imagined I could or would ever write a book. I am still completely new to the literary world on so many levels. I have so much non-fiction geared to help others to share, and now I cannot stop drafting manuscripts. My second manuscript is called: We, the People VS La Casa Day Door Lore—it’s another 90-minute read that serves as a dire warning to Americans who have AC systems installed in their homes with our safety permits inspections. For the dual income family involved in the book, they did pay for permit inspections. They wholeheartedly trusted the “big guys,” and the “big guy” failed, neglected, and betrayed them, and this dual-income family of 20 years ultimately paid with their lives. The manuscript is complete; however, it is now being edited and revised for publication. It should be noted the surviving family member (my client) has used the diagnostic report that comprises the 2nd manuscript as a means to take legal action against the “big guys” that have literally obliterated everything and everyone he has ever loved, adored, and cherished.
My third manuscript is also completed and undergoing editing for punctuation and grammar—after surviving a 4 year long brutal high-conflict custody battle including the abduction and starvation of my son for nearly 120 days at the hand of the noncustodial parent, I have decided to share the devastation that has forever ravaged my family tree. This is another nonfiction 90-minute manuscript that details how 4 corrupt family attorneys worked together in betraying 8 family court judges over a 4-year span. It should be noted this manuscript is currently being thoroughly investigated by the Florida Bar, Florida Department of Law Enforcement Chief Inspector, United States Deputy Attorney General, Tampa Mayor Jane Castor, 1st Lady Desantis of Florida, the Criminal Division of the United States Department of Justice, as well as the House of Representatives, and other law-making bodies. This manuscript is my personal blueprint of pain and suffering and is being used to create legislation that will protect Honorable Judges nationwide as well as in the creation of laws to prosecute and incarcerate Attorneys who abuse their law license to betray Honorable Judges in the exchange for billable hours and arcane loyalties. And it’s noteworthy to mention the 4 unscrupulous savage aforementioned attorneys are now facing imminent disbarment and federal indictments. This manuscript is titled: We the People VS Taylor, Donovan & Melendez, A Preamble to the 29th Amendment.
