My Own Introspective Journey
Posted by Literary Titan

Your anthology of poetry takes readers on a journey through your emotional growth. What was the initial idea behind this collection of poetry, and how did that transform as you were writing The Realms of My Soul III?
Throughout my young adult life, I have grappled with neurodivergent issues. From my perspective, mental health struggles represent the true epidemic that plagues our society and youth today. I have dedicated myself to raising awareness in this area and to being an advocate through my writing.
When I published my debut novel, “Heart of a Warrior Angel,” in 2019, I made a conscious effort to imbue the characters with relatable challenges. This theme of triumphing over adversity, trauma, and depression is interwoven throughout “The De-Coding of Jo ” series, a dark science fiction portal fantasy for young adults aged 14 and above.
I have received numerous messages from readers who have resonated with my storytelling and found solace in the diverse characters. During my book tours over the past few years, I had the privilege of connecting with my readers, who suggested that I share my own introspective journey of healing and self-development.
As a result, in the autumn of 2022, I embarked on a journey through the “Realms of My Soul” and penned a poetry series consisting of three books. The first two volumes, “A Forgotten Dream” and “A Liberating Path,” delve into the first four decades of my life. I reflect upon the wounds of my childhood and the ways in which the desire to please others affected my development. Through this collection of poetry, I weave together my personal experiences of mental health transformation with detailed imagery, using it as a metaphor for the universal human condition.
The third book in the series, “A Golden Gift,” aims to inspire readers to embrace their inner potential and mastery. Through my own metamorphosis, I have come to illustrate the power of vulnerability and self-discovery. This poetry series serves as a beacon of hope for anyone seeking to overcome adversity and find their true purpose in life. As a creative writer, I see my art as an alchemical process. When I connect with my inner wisdom, I can tap into my essence and share it with others. Words have the power to emit energetic frequencies, serving humanity as I align with the gnosis and wisdom within me.
Through my experiences, I offer relatable lessons for those navigating today’s chaotic world. By sharing my poetry, I aim to activate my readers by transforming their journeys and finding harmony, grace, and joy. Embedded within the tapestry of my expressions are codes that can uplift those who resonate with my wavelength, offering a fresh perspective on their struggles. Ultimately, my goal is to inspire and empower others to live their highest potential and thrive.
One thing that readers will find is you use a variety of styles of poetry to express yourself. Is there one style that you are particularly drawn to?
I published my first poetry collaboration, The Joy of I. T., in the fall of 2020, and realized how much I love the rhythmic cadence of writing verses. When I released Organic eMotions: Poetry for hUmaNITY in 2022, I introduced fourteen-line sonnets with a consistent rhyming pattern as well as Haikus, a three-line poem where the first and third lines contain five syllables and the second line contains seven syllables.
For the Realms of My Soul series, I wanted to challenge myself further and included Haiku poetry to introduce each poem in every chapter. I then attempted to also include Odes, Ballads, and Petrarchan sonnets that consist of an octave followed by a sestet. The octave uses the first eight lines to describe my experience, develop a situation, or evoke a mood. The sestet is used to reflect on the experience, develop the theme further, or use different perspectives to answer questions posed in the octave.
The biggest challenge for me was writing Villanelles, a contemporary lyrical poem that consists of nineteen to twenty-six lines and two rhymes per line. But they are definitely my favorite poetry style.
What was one of the hardest parts in this collection for you to write?
Poetry holds an incredible power to establish a profound connection with audiences, particularly when exploring sensitive subjects that evoke intense emotions. It possesses a unique language that blossoms into metaphors, allowing us to transcend the boundaries of space and time. Poetry is the guardian of dreams, fearlessly venturing into the realms of the unknown.
Personally, the most challenging aspect of crafting this poetry series was delving into those past childhood memories. Through this raw and vulnerable process, I confronted core wounds, trauma, pain, shame, and the stigma surrounding depression and mental health. Poetry, in my view, provides profound insights into the human psyche and behavior, offering a space where the imagination can roam freely.
For me, writing poetry is not solely a creative art form; it is a calling, a purpose. Through my poems, I strive to assist my readers in navigating their own unresolved pain, igniting the spark of healing. I believe that my words echo the voice of my soul, acting as a guide for others on their personal journeys of self-discovery and growth.
What is the next book that you are working on and when can your fans expect it to be out?
I recently released a delightful book titled “Portals of Magic: Poetry and Activity Book for Kids 6-10.” Inside, you’ll find a charming unicorn story presented through limerick verses, as well as 40 coloring and activity pages filled with affirmations that empower young minds and little stars.
Currently, I’m working on the fourth installment of my poetry series, “Realms of My Soul.” This book will explore my unique perspectives on the crucial relationships in life. Additionally, it aims to raise awareness about the stages of menopause by sharing my personal experiences in navigating hormonal changes. Moreover, it will delve into esoteric viewpoints on self-actualization and living life through the heart’s embrace.
In addition to this project, I’m also excited to announce another captivating endeavor. I am currently outlining a thrilling dark romance/mystery that blends the suspenseful elements of “A Girl on a Train” with the intriguing allure of ancient Egypt. Set in the present day, “The Art of Rose” follows the journey of a talented artist and mystic who becomes entangled in a web of past lives and forbidden secrets. This enthralling story has the potential to become a saga, so brace yourself for its epic release in 2024!

Realms of my Soul III: A Golden Gift
Posted by Literary Titan

Realms of My Soul III by Lali A. Love is an exquisite collection of autobiographical poems that take readers on a captivating journey. The anthology is divided into two sections, the first, Fifth Decade: Alchemising with Hope, and the second, My Masterclass. The combined sections feature a total of 120 poems, each preceded by a short verse.
Love’s ability to infuse her personal experiences into her poetic expressions is truly remarkable. While maintaining a sense of mystery and leaving out specific details, she manages to evoke powerful emotions through her choice of poem titles. Soul Leaks, A Triggering Gift, and Vast Creation are just a few examples that delicately touch upon profound themes such as desire, anxiety, and passion.
The beauty of Love’s poetry lies in its thought-provoking nature. Although some lines may initially appear metaphorical, they hold deeper meanings that leave the reader pondering long after reading. For instance, lines like ‘Could language be a technical force/ Functioning as the software of the mind’ from the poem Human Language, and ‘A spirit bearing an olive tree’ in Blue Bird Chanting, showcase Love’s ability to create imagery that is both evocative and profound.
Realms of My Soul III is a testament to Love’s personal growth and her journey toward inner peace. While the poems tend to be more abstract and lacking in specific instances, the language she employs and the vivid imagery she paints make for a captivating read. The verses, presented against stone backgrounds, add an extra layer of allure to the collection.
Though I appreciate the overall artistry of the poems, I would have loved to see more concrete instances and vivid imagery incorporated rather than relying solely on philosophical and metaphorical phrases. In today’s world, where such expressions are commonplace, adding specific instances and detailed images would have given the poems an even greater impact.
Realms of My Soul III by Lali A. Love is a poetic journey that emanates from the depths of the author’s soul. Love’s masterful use of language and evocative imagery make it a valuable read.

Organic eMotions
Posted by Literary Titan

Organic eMotions is a thoughtful poetry collection by Lali A. Love. In the opening section, the author presents a myriad of emotions that emphasize the mighty force within every individual; the raw power held within the Divine Feminine is one of the recurring themes which the author majestically illustrates with her verses. The following section, Emotional Vortex, focuses on intrusive feelings and their impacts on one’s well being. The third part is entitled Clarity and contrasts the negative emotions that are introduced in the pieces from the former section with insights on solidarity and human nature. Especially touching are the validation of one’s journey in Reciprocity and the dismantling of virile stereotypes in Divine Masculinity, as well as the positive affirmations throughout the latter poems in this part. Finally, Purity paints several tranquil pictures – from the cleansing provided by a running current in Water to the grounding and sensible words in Complete Being – that illustrate its namesake.
This stirring piece of literature is a fantastic read for those seeking a rousing and incredibly relatable poetry anthology that reminisces of Rupi Kaur and Amanda Lovelace. The cheerful, upbeat attitude conveyed in the collection will feel familiar to readers who struggle with daily life issues such as anxiety and insecurity, as well as collective problems that permeate modern society.
Readers will be thoroughly refreshed with Lali’s contagious positivity, a welcome surprise that, more than once, drew an inconspicuous smile on my lips. Delight, one of the final poems, perfectly conveys the uplifting power of this book.
Furthermore, one cannot fail to mention the masterful paradox that is constantly approached as a central motif in several moments in this collection: Lali notes how small humankind is when compared to the vastness of the universe, while also praising the universe within every person.
Organic eMotions is a simple but vastly compelling read that is sure to appeal to readers of all ages who seek a gateway from the routine and a dash of positivity.

Our Inherent Truths
Posted by Literary Titan

The Joy of I.T. is an inspiring collection of poetry that guide readers toward self-reflection and well-being. Why was this an important book for you to write and publish?
Thank you for taking the time to read this anthology of creativity and artistic expression. The Joy of I.T. (Infinite Transcendence) is my first non-fiction publication to date. Over the past 18 months, I have released a metaphysical thriller and a visionary paranormal fantasy that have underlying themes of self-actualization and transformation, using the magical alchemy of forgiveness. I am incredibly grateful that Heart of a Warrior Angel and The De-Coding of Jo have received multiple awards for literary excellence in storytelling.
During the height of the global pandemic lockdown, I began to reflect on some of the lessons thrust by this enigmatic virus in what seemed like the darkest days in humanity’s existence. We were given an opportunity to slow down our chaotic lifestyles and social conditioning of striving to reach unrealistic expectations based on external stimuli. From my perspective, this experience has motivated the human race to re-examine our priorities and awaken to our inherent truths. As such, I was inspired to create an uplifting book that focused on positive messages of encouragement, female empowerment, worthiness, and self-love.
My intention behind this book was to offer insightful viewpoints and artistic ingenuity, to elevate the expansion of unity consciousness and celebrate the beauty of Mother Earth. I was motivated to create a mystical, ornate full color coffee table book, merging my metaphysical insights with transformational poetry and a celebration of visionary artwork. The beauty of this trio would provide the reader with a visually invigorating, healing energy and the vibrational frequencies of joy to enrich the mind, body, and soul. The combination of spiritual mantras and affirmations provide powerful words to help with meditative messages of self-motivation, mindfulness, and harmony to realize self-mastery.
A wonderful gift idea for the holidays or special occasions, The Joy of I.T. may be enjoyed as a colorful coffee table book or by your bedside table for a boost of mystical adrenaline, guiding your journey toward self mastery, harmony and infinite transcendence for the well being of all.
I enjoyed all of the fantastic art included in your book. What choices went into picking the right pieces to include?
I am a huge admirer of mixed media art and acrylic paintings that evoke various emotions, from elation and enthusiasm to pure appreciation for beauty. My goal was to collaborate with light workers whose artistic creations were well known in the New Age spiritual community. These incredible artists embody the light, anchored in love and kindness, transcending time, and space. We are a Soul tribe, connected and awakened to our highest potentiality through transformational journeys and unique experiences.
I am so grateful to have the opportunity and blessings to share the incredible healing poetry by Gillian Small and transformative art by Aurelien Pumayana Floret, Autumn Skye, Michelle Aristocrat and Daniel B. Holeman. It has been an honor to showcase and feature the contributions of digital art, photography, and visionary creations that are inspired by the goodness of humanity, the magic of nature, and the infinite spirit that connects us all.
Each piece has been carefully selected to provide visual stimulation and a vibrational match to the forty insights, messages, spiritual quotes, and enlightening poetry. I hope the reader resonates with the multi-dimensional teachings of love, hope, and harmony that unite us all during a time when the world is at a precipice of significant change. From my perspective, now is the time when we need to embrace and honor creativity, as artworks have the potential to guide humanity forward into a more positive and unified state of being.
Creativity is a direct manifestation of divine expression, and in my humble opinion, it is an opportunity to transmute the darkness, separation, shadows of pain and suffering, into visions of harmony, unity, collective healing, and wholeness.
The poetry in the book was thought-provoking and illuminating. Did you write these for this book or did you write them over time?
I wrote the first poem, “Metamorphosis” as a poetic sonata to honor my debut metaphysical thriller, Heart of a Warrior Angel: From Darkness to Light. My second poetry, “The Rise” was dedicated to my second paranormal fantasy, The De-Coding of Jo: Hall of Ignorance. My passion for writing these harmonic verses evolved during the global pandemic, as the creativity flowed through me.
I had an inner knowing that now more than ever, there is a dire need for inspiring creativity, radical intention settings, and rhythmic beauty that would help elevate the collective subconscious with infinite transcendence of hope and joy.
The forty poems, paired with the wisdom of the sages such as Rumi, Buddha, Carl Jung, Einstein, and many more incredibly powerful teachings, provides a treasure trove of wisdom and encouraging messages. Every single reflection is adorned with ecstatic mystical poems that touch every soul, looking for inner balance and seeking the unifying force within oneself that transcends culture, race, religion, lack, struggles, and limiting beliefs.
Since The Joy of I.T. is only available in hardcover format, I am also working on publishing my entire poetry collection, Ananda: Poetry for the Soul, as an ebook on January 21, 2021.
What is one thing you hope readers take away from your book?
This collaboration of light workers’ love and artistic expression serves as a mirror, both as a personal reflection and a collective revelation of a conscious community. It is my hope that this handbook for the soul awakens the reader and motivates them to embark on their own journey of self-actualization and self-empowerment, while enjoying the magnificence of glorious art.
May this tapestry of universal co-creation ignite each reader’s recognition of their own truth, sacred heart space, integrity, and the remembrance of the most powerful force within the unified field of grace and Divinity. May it bring joy, blessings of fulfillment, inner peace, and bliss.
