Humble But Happier Contented Life
Posted by Literary-Titan

Rise of a Lightworker shares your transformative journey into the Spirit Realm and how you discovered a meaningful and fulfilling path in life. Why was this an important book for you to write?
I felt quite compelled to write this book to be honest. I have had so many amazing outer worldly experiences, that it occurred to me that there might be many people out there who had had similar experiences and were afraid to even tell close family or friends because they might think they were going mad.
It was important to me to also document my transition from having a very successful materialistic lifestyle to a more humble but happier contented life, and that in spite of losing everything, I actually found my true twin flame and a greater life purpose when I relocated to another country.
What were some ideas that were important for you to share in this book?
Healing others is my passion, its very real, and I believe all human beings have an ability to do this, but it’s something we lost sight of during our development. In the book, I give examples of the benefits I have witnessed for people I have treated, sometimes in random settings such as a pub. They might be complete strangers I have by chance encountered. I also wanted to share some side effects of developing trance healing, the physical discomfort at times, and the emotional shifts one has to go through to become a clear channel for your healing guides to work through you.
Distance or absent healing, as it is sometimes known, is a very powerful way to heal others, and I explain the process of “sitting in the power, setting the intent ” and the importance of asking for the white light of protection before I do this.
What is a common misconception you feel people have about the practice of Reiki and its healing benefits?
I think a common misconception people have is that they must see or recognise their spirit guides and that its difficult to connect with them. Firstly, its not important to know who your healing guides are, and secondly I believe we are all connected to them from birth, and its just a case of sitting in the power on a regular basis to develop a stronger connection .
What is one thing you hope readers take away from your story?
That everything happens for a reason, even sometimes bad things.

The Woo Woo Way: Unblock Your Chakras and Transform Your Life
Posted by Literary Titan

Sandy Evenson’s The Woo Woo Way is an intriguing discovery of chakras and their powerful potential for personal transformation. Evenson came across this spiritual pathway during a challenging period marked by financial stress and her husband’s significant health complications. Despite her professional success as a hairstylist, she grappled with mounting medical debts and marital strain, leading her to seek alternatives.
Finding and embracing the practice of ‘tapping’ proved to be a transformative experience, marking a turning point in her life. Over the years, Evenson deepened her knowledge of chakras and mindfulness, leading to inspiring breakthroughs for her and her clients. This volume abounds with personal anecdotes, reflections, and advice, alongside practical guides aimed to help readers harness their inner energy for a fulfilling life.
Before embarking on this literary journey, I had an ephemeral understanding of chakras, brushing them off due to a lack of deep knowledge. Evenson, however, demystifies this spiritual concept with impressive clarity. Her book is thoroughly beginner-friendly, detailing the seven chakras and their functions with an engaging blend of personal experiences and professional wisdom. In addition, the author’s retrospective journey, merging stories from her past and present, lends a sense of relatability and connection to the reader.
Evenson’s deeply insightful exploration of how our past, particularly our childhood, impacts our attitudes and lifestyle. This prompted personal reflection and inspired me to integrate her teachings into my own life, making reading the book feel akin to a therapeutic dialogue.
The Woo Woo Way is an invaluable resource of spiritual wisdom. Every page brims with enlightening revelations, and the narrative is marked by a seamless flow. Rather than resorting to ambiguous expressions, Evenson intricately details the journey of spirituality, making it appealing for newcomers like myself.
Suppose you’re looking to delve into the realm of spirituality, seeking to understand chakras, or merely curious about unexplored approaches to leading a purposeful life. In that case, The Woo Woo Way by Sandy Evenson is a fitting choice. This insightful book represents a significant stride in spiritual literature, providing an accessible entry point into an often-overlooked realm of personal growth and self-discovery.

Hidden Within Us; A Radical New Understanding of the Mind-Body Connection
Posted by Literary Titan

In Hidden Within Us Samuel J. Mann, MD, offers a groundbreaking exploration of the mind-body connection, shedding new light on the concept of repression. Far from being a disease, Dr. Mann argues that repression serves as a powerful tool for coping with traumatic experiences. Drawing from extensive research and years of experience, he presents a compelling theory on the impact of repressed emotions on physical health, suggesting that long-buried feelings can contribute to a range of medical conditions.
Dr. Mann’s revolutionary approach in the medical field opens up new avenues for treatment and discovery. He supports his claims with captivating case studies and insightful patient interviews, providing readers with a valuable understanding of this complex subject matter.
Written in an accessible and elegant style, Hidden Within Us avoids confusing medical jargon and adopts a nurturing, insightful tone that resonates with readers. Dr. Mann’s empathetic approach to his patients’ coping mechanisms enables him to delve deep into the mind-body connection.
One of the most progressive aspects of this book is Dr. Mann’s perspective on hypertension. He posits that repression can be harnessed as a gift, sharing powerful stories of patients whose uncontrolled hypertension was ultimately triggered by repressed emotions. In doing so, he challenges conventional notions of repression as a pathological condition, presenting his insights and observations without undermining existing studies.
From unraveling the enigma of paroxysmal hypertension to examining repressed emotions in other contexts, Hidden Within Us serves as an essential guide for healthcare professionals and anyone interested in the interplay between emotional and physical health. Dr. Mann has masterfully articulated his ideas in a way that is both comprehensive and accessible, making this work an enlightening read regardless of one’s medical background.

Divine. Messy. Human. A Spiritual Guide to Prioritising Internal Truth over External Influence
Posted by Literary Titan

Divine. Messy. Human. is an excellent work of art that covers the broad spectrum of what it is to be human. The book’s title should give the reader advanced notice that you’re in for a ride on the rollercoaster that is quite honestly “Us” or what we call “being human.” Though this book speaks to what we might call the “human condition,” it really is quite spiritual in its constitution and meaning, with the understanding that spirituality isn’t something that one needs to aspire to. Instead, this book speaks to the spiritual and the physical, or the manifest world as one and the same, and that we need only align our Higher and Lower Selves to take full advantage of our Divine Humanity.
The absolute beauty of this book, Divine. Messy. Human. It is about a subject that eludes most people: “As within, so without.” Whenever the said subject is approached, the average person automatically assumes a posture of spirituality, thinking they need to “straighten up and fly right.” The problem is that this way of thinking often steers us in the wrong direction regarding our most beneficial path in this life.
Amanda Kate has done an outstanding job of taking the human experience and removing the “mysticism” or “spiritual materialism” from the equation. The way she brings the subject matter into the realm of “everyday folk” that can be understood by the individual as she lays out her views of what it means to be human, not from the elevated platform of a titled position, but from a first-hand, honest “human” perspective.
If there were one negative thing I could say about this book, that one thing would quite possibly be the most positive aspect of the entire work, which is the fact that we are very messy as humans, a fact the author drives home by laying “herself” bare in as an example. This self-help book is filled with the message of self-acceptance and self-empowerment. It is a must-read for those that want to take control over their lives and live with peace in their heart and souls.

Dark Night of the Soul
Posted by Literary Titan

If you are experiencing grief, heartbreak, or life-changing moments, then Dark Night of the Soul by Trinity Royal is the inspirational book to guide you through your strife. This educational book is the red pill to get out of a matrix of suffering and repetition of sabotage and terrible habits in life. The author takes readers into a rabbit hole of self-examination and querying their soul on what it requires and the reason behind any suffering. It goes through the stages of stage metamorphosis, which is quite a fascinating cycle.
One of the book’s most controversial topics is that there will be suffering during the darkest night of the soul. However, this suffering reshapes a person’s character into a shiny diamond. The book illustrates the reasons for soul searching, why we suffer from depression, what to do during this process, and the possible reason for any unexpected suffering. The book also demonstrates some practical and effective healing techniques.
This is a book I would recommend for anyone undergoing any soul searching, depression, or stuck in a ‘rut’ (which, given the last couple of years, I feel like we all are in some sort of trouble here). I feel that this book can be appreciated by people who are going through a tough time in life and are ready for a change. If one is not open to the ideas in the book, they may find it repetitive and a bit ‘new age’. If you are looking for your soul’s purpose, I will leave you with the words, “Diamond is a piece of coal that has been subjected to extreme pressure and temperature.” I hope you find the healing, love, and peace that this book desperately aims for.

Honey
Posted by Literary Titan

Honey: Words to Heal & Mend by Derek R. King & Julie L. Kusma is more than a book; it’s an experience. “Honey words” refers to inspirational, healing words that soothe and heal the soul. It’s a literary journey where the author brings you along through a clear motivational path of cognitive thoughts and worries, letting go of the negative and embracing ideas of joy and peace along the way.
As you turn each page of the book, you’ll find extraordinary artwork and visuals accompanying uplifting phrases and thoughts. Instead of leafing through each page or section of the book, you’ll find yourself dwelling on one, maybe two inspiring quotes or poetic prose at a time. It’s a beautifully illustrated coffee-table book that draws a sense of wonder and self-reflection in a more positive, engaging way.
One of the most motivational aspects of Derek R. King & Julie L. Kusma’s book is the overall theme, which is centered around the poem by Derek R. King, entitled “Kintsugi.” A portion of this poem is included in this inspiring book. Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken objects with gold, highlights and celebrates imperfection as a form of beauty. The power of this theme is in how we embrace and accept personal flaws and find the strength in these characteristics instead of viewing them as weaknesses.
This collection of stunning images and thought-provoking prose is the ideal gift. It’s a beautiful flow of motivational and healing words to create a sense of peace through meditation. Honey: Words to Heal & Mend allows you to slow down and absorb words and phrases of love and inspiration, which is an excellent way to hold onto the moment, relax, and reflect.
Honey: Words to Heal & Mend is a well-curated collection of striking images, art, and poetic prose to soothe your mind, soul, and body. This unique, beautifully arranged book proves the power of words and their inspiration can provide healing to those in need.
