A Vague Idea Turns Into a Series

K.C. Roy Author Interview

Sara’s Fear follows a girl and her family as they find their lives upended with the appearance of supernatural powers. What was the inspiration for the setup of your story?

I started this story for my daughter when she was seven or eight. The story was only a vague idea about a twelve-year-old girl having troubled dreams caused by terror goblins feeding on her nightmares. Her story was one of overcoming her fears in life so she could defeat the goblins in her dreams. Unfortunately, at chapter six, the book got put on hold and languished for years. Some life events gave me the push to finish it, but it had to be finished fast, so I sat down and finished the rough draft in about two weeks. Except for the dreams, most of the original story went away and everything else was written on the fly.

What is the most difficult part of setting out to write a series?

Honestly, just sitting down and doing it. Bits and pieces of stories run through my head constantly while I’m doing other things. Coming up with story ideas is easy and writing a short story isn’t too bad, but writing a book or series, it’s difficult. If I can’t “fall” into the story while I’m writing, it just doesn’t work. It’s a hyper-focus thing. Finding two or three hours to sit and write distraction-free is tough for me.

What part of Sara’s Fear was the most fun to write?

Tough one. I enjoy writing the action parts. Picking the sequences apart in my head and trying to put words down so they paint the same picture for the reader is a challenge. I also enjoy the intense personal parts between the characters in the stories. Trying to step outside myself and look at how someone else may react to a situation and then put it to words is just as challenging.

Can we get a glimpse inside the second installment of the Elementals series?

After being beaten with ease by an enemy they don’t know, Sara and family are scattered and on the run. They are attacked constantly by an unknown group while they race across the country to reunite with each other. At the same time, Sara is learning to control explosive new powers before they destroy her. Who’s after Sara, why, and can they find the strength to stand against them? Book 2 “Sara’s Anger” is out now.

An Unexpected Voyage

Kiril Kristoff Author Interview

Crossing Borders and Generations follows an immigrant navigating life in America as he travels through time, uncovering his family’s past. What was the inspiration for the setup of your story?

My 1st book sequel genre is historical fiction, emigrant memoirs, time traveling, OBE, Out of Body Experience, Afterlife, Inspirational, Faith-based, storytelling from Eastern Europe, Ukraine, Greece & Bulgaria.

Crossing Borders and Generations and Afterlife Stories My Grandpa Told Me narrates an unexpected voyage bridging Heaven and Earth, unveiling our lost family history.

The narratives traverse our physical and spiritual borders, spanning generations, cultures, and ideologies, interweaving tales of emigration and international exploration.

Crossing Borders and Generations is a historical fiction memoir in which names, characters, places, and incidents are products of the author’s imagination or used fictitiously. Any resemblance to actual events, locales, or persons, living or dead, is entirely coincidental. A Testimony of Faithfulness to God, this memoir chronicles the family history spanning four generations across the Old and New World. It’s dedicated to the memory of Captain Georgiy Kakhovskiy, the author’s great-grandfather, who migrated from Kakhovka, Ukraine, in the Russian Empire to Ljubimetz, Bulgaria, in the Balkans in 1878. Following his ancestor’s footsteps, George embarked on his journey to America in 1952, precisely 460 years after discovering the New World.

Crossing Borders and Generations marks an astounding, stunning, and awe-inspiring narrative…”  Angel Kolev, the President of the Bulgarian Writers League in America, commends the work for its profound exploration of heritage and migration.

“For the dreamers and do-gooders. For the weirdos, outsiders. For the curious ones who have the guts to be different and adventurous_ This historical fiction story of an immigrant is for you.” – Kiril Kristoff

Who are you? For Bulgarians, you are an American, yet for the Americans, you are an immigrant with Bulgarian roots.  Sometimes, you linger as the passenger aboard the original flight from Paris to New York, from the old airport 70 years ago.  Yes, the outset was daunting. George encountered numerous closed doors in Sofia but stood resolute, recognizing that yielding to fear and retreating home would equate to defeat.

He couldn’t come back. He committed treason. If he wanted to succeed, he had to burn the bridges to his past to escape.

He had to believe in the future.

Today, we read tales of talented Bulgarian writers. For the immigrant’s reality, the battle for survival is “pearls in the mud.” Real and miserable!

George always believed that to craft something beautiful, something authentic, he needed to use the ink of blood from his wounds.  He had to sit in front of his computer and sense that he was metaphorically bleeding. Only when the final word had passed, and pain and anguish had become a shared experience in his life, could his writing be a genuine success.  America was an “enigma” to our generation, a life mystery we couldn’t quite explain but had to navigate in our unique ways. After the fall of 1989 and the collapse of the wall, many Bulgarians resembled hungry sharks, confined in the Communist-Controlled aquarium, suddenly set loose into the treacherous and untamed ocean. Each person had to find their own way of coping. In my personal experience, unless you had someone to guide you from the start, life as an immigrant was a tragedy. You were thrust into one ordeal after another. Overall, one had to endure several painful phases of adaptation:

The emotional pain from being separated from your parents, your siblings, and close friends, and your country.

The uncertainty is due to starting a life abroad, literally from scratch.

The painful sorrow is because of missing everything you knew before and being rejected for everything you tried before you were finally adopted.

This book represents the life of six generations, highlighting family members who are steadfast in identifying themselves as good ‘Bulgarians,’ particularly Ukrainians. George hails from a Russian noble family rooted in Kakhovka, Ukraine.

Within this historical narrative of two brothers, Georgiy Kakhovskiy emerges as a figure determined to uphold family traditions while remaining loyal to the Russian czar, symbolizing the grand empire that influenced a nation as small as Bulgaria and defeated the triumphed over the fading Ottoman Empire in the Balkans.

Remarkably, Captain Georgiy, the protector of his Christian brethren, settled his family in the shadow of the two mightiest empires, straddling the borders between Bulgaria, Greece, and Turkey. This decision starkly contrasted with his brother, Vasiliy Kakhovskiy, who harbored revolutionary fervor, actively engaging in the tumultuous events of the October Russian Revolution in 1917. Vasiliy emerged as a staunch Bolshevik leader and Stalin’s red commissar in the USSR, playing a pivotal role in shaping Socialism in

Bulgaria following the conclusion of World War II in September of 1944. The family name was altered to Kakhovskiy to embrace their new identity, reflecting a desire to assimilate more seamlessly into Bulgarian culture.

However, Georgiy Kakhovskiy was among the “lost generation,” forced to emigrate from Bulgaria during the communist regime’s grip. He ultimately sought refuge in America in 1948, where he adopted George Kakhovskiy.   Like a boomerang, the next generations in his grandson will return to Socialism, a value he always tried to escape.   One day, he returned to his birth country after the fall of the Berlin Wall, where he unearthed the missing fragments of his ancestors’ generational history. These revelations he shares with his grandson, Alex, against the backdrop of peculiar changes sweeping through America following its 2020 US Elections.

I firmly believe that my story is a compelling narrative, chronicling the unique struggles that I’ve overcome in pursuit of a brighter future. It is a testament to the true essence of bravery, sacrifice, perseverance, determination, and, perhaps most importantly, love. For many, this tale will offer newfound perspectives as I guide them beyond their comfort zones. For others, it may guide them to steer their lives and personal paths toward improvement.

I anticipate and hope my readers will be from all walks of life. Regardless of one’s origin or purpose, I am sure this story can tell—or contribute to—a universal truth. More than anything, I hope this book makes readers think more critically about their freedom, specifically. I know that at least one reader will understand that, though they, as humans, are entitled to freedom, it is still a great privilege they’ve been given to live under it and that such a thing is— in no way— free.

Were you able to achieve everything you wanted with the characters in the novel?

My first book sequel, Crossing Borders and Generations, is memoirs, spanning historical fiction, time travel, afterlife exploration, and the immigrant experience, which are woven from the fabric of his own memories. The book delves into the intricate tale of the Kakhovskiy family, focusing on their trials and triumphs as immigrants in Brighton Beach, New York, and the City of Chicago. This narrative is a timeless tale of an immigrant grandfather finding his place in Brighton Beach, New York. While it may appear short and straightforward, its significance extends far beyond that moment. Delving into the journey of George’s family to America, the story explores the sacrifices and challenges they faced, ultimately shaping the trajectory of their family history—for better or for worse.

The story begins with George and his unwavering faith in his grandfather, Georgiy, and the revered military icon of Saint George. George shares with his grandson the profound significance of the icon and its storied history just before embarking on an otherworldly journey triggered by a harrowing car accident.

As they battle for survival in a coma, both George and Alex are granted a unique opportunity to journey through their family’s history, as well as George’s own. Throughout this extraordinary experience, George guides Alex, unraveling the significance of each moment and its profound implications. Alex gains insight into the challenges, conflicts, and triumphs that shaped George and his lineage, paving the way for Alex’s present existence. From a younger, newly immigrated George, Alex learns the true meaning of perseverance and diligence with an open heart.

What were some themes that were important for you to explore in this book?

My book Crossing Borders and Generations is a masterfully crafted fictional memoir that chronicles the lives of multiple generations of the Kakhovskiy family. At its heart is George Kakhovskiy, a Bulgarian native who, at just sixteen, escapes the oppressive grip of communism and emigrates to America. In this new world, he fights to survive, driven by the dream of a better future. However, through a surreal twist of fate following a car accident, George and his teenage grandson embark on an extraordinary, otherworldly journey—one that allows them to relive George’s past and trace the profound impact of immigration on their family’s history.

Using innovative narrative techniques elevates the storytelling, making George’s life unfold in an immersive and deeply emotional way. The supernatural journey shared by George and his grandson, Alex, serves as a compelling literary device, allowing readers to experience George’s struggles, triumphs, and sacrifices firsthand. More than a mere retelling, it becomes a deeply introspective exploration of generational resilience and the enduring consequences of leaving one’s homeland.

Themes of displacement, perseverance, and the pursuit of the American dream permeate the novel. As Alex observes his grandfather’s past, he gains an appreciation for the hardships George endured. The novel effectively captures this realization, and moments like these bridge the generational gap, transforming historical struggles into personal revelations.

One of the novel’s most striking elements is its ability to convey emotion through memory. The re-experiencing of George’s past does more than recount events, it immerses the reader in his emotional reality. The skill in translating raw emotion into words, allowing the reader to step into the mind of a man who has lived through exile, hardship, and ultimate resilience, is unmatched.

Beyond George’s personal journey, Crossing Borders and Generations skillfully examines how immigration shapes an entire lineage. The novel portrays the pain of separation, the struggle to adapt, and the complex emotional landscape that immigrants and their descendants navigate. George’s mental health, his son’s feelings of alienation, and the often-complicated father-son dynamic all intertwine to form a rich, multi-layered narrative. Yet, amid the adversity, the novel celebrates the enduring strength of the human spirit and the invaluable privilege of freedom—something often taken for granted by those born into it.

This novel is a captivating and inventive take on the memoir genre, skillfully blending fiction with personal history. Through its unique structure and poignant storytelling, Crossing Borders and Generations offers a compelling glimpse into Bulgaria’s past and the lived realities of those who sought a better future beyond its borders. Thought-provoking, deeply moving, and beautifully executed, this book is a must-read for anyone interested in immigration narratives, family sagas, and the timeless quest for belonging.

To Rid the World of Magic

Kimlyn Stanyon’s To Rid the World of Magic is an intense, high-stakes fantasy novel that plunges the reader into a world ravaged by war, faith, and the struggle for survival. Set in the land of Ahava, where seven magical races once lived in harmony under the presence of God, the story follows Tova Becker, a warrior caught in the relentless grip of conflict. As belief in the divine fades, so does magic, and a brutal war threatens to consume what remains of her people. Between secret powers, shifting alliances, and deeply ingrained prejudices, Tova must navigate the battlefield both physically and emotionally while discovering who she truly is.

Right from the prologue, this book had its hooks in me. Stanyon’s writing is vivid, almost cinematic, especially when describing the world’s decline into chaos. The opening scene, with the deceiver screaming that “God’s dead” as he’s bound by invisible hands, is pure chill-inducing storytelling. The way the author interweaves history, mythology, and religious themes gives the book a heavy, lived-in feel. The writing is sometimes a bit heavy-handed with its exposition, making the worldbuilding feel more like a lecture than a discovery in certain places. But when the prose finds its rhythm, particularly in action scenes or moments of personal reflection, it’s electric.

Tova is a phenomenal lead character. She’s tough, intelligent, and deeply conflicted about her role in the war. The book does a superb job of showing her internal struggles, especially when her name is finally called for military service. The moment her mother clutches onto her, unable to hold back her tears, hit me like a gut punch. There’s a rawness to the character interactions that makes them feel real, even when they exist in a fantastical world. That said, some side characters felt underdeveloped. Stephanie, for instance, has an intriguing ability to read minds, but I never felt like I got to know her beyond her powers. Velvela, the dire wolf, had a strong introduction but then faded into the background more than I would have liked.

The book also doesn’t shy away from its darker elements, and in some cases, it’s a bit overwhelming. The themes of war, torture, and oppression are explored in brutal detail. There’s a sequence with Asad Kakos, a member of the enemy faction, that is downright disturbing, especially as he oscillates between casual cruelty and reluctant guilt. These moments are effective, but they sometimes make for difficult reading. It’s not gratuitous, but it is relentless. If you’re sensitive to themes of violence, this book does not offer much reprieve.

To Rid the World of Magic is an ambitious and emotionally charged novel that delivers gripping action, layered themes, and a protagonist you can root for. It’s a story about faith in the face of suffering, identity in the midst of war, and the impossible choices people are forced to make. I’d recommend this book to readers who love high fantasy with deep worldbuilding, morally complex characters, and aren’t afraid of a story that delves into some heavy, sometimes unsettling themes. If you enjoyed books like Children of Blood and Bone or The Poppy War, this one will be right up your alley. Just be ready for an emotional rollercoaster.

The AI Revolution Will Not Be Televised

David Lewis Wadley’s The AI Revolution Will Not Be Televised is more than just a book about artificial intelligence, it’s a deeply personal and socially conscious exploration of financial justice, technology, and economic empowerment. At its core, it follows the journey of David, a self-taught financial educator from Harlem, who uses his platform, ThePriceBandit.com, to teach women, especially Black women, how to navigate the stock market and build wealth through AI-driven investments. The book blends history, music, and finance with a narrative that is both engaging and eye-opening, warning of the perils of unchecked corporate power while offering a blueprint for individual financial empowerment.

Wadley’s writing has a rhythm of its own, much like the classic R&B tracks he references throughout the book. His storytelling is rich with culture and nostalgia, weaving in everything from Duke Ellington’s jazz to the financial struggles of single mothers. One of the most striking aspects of the book is its dedication to Black women and their economic struggles. Wadley makes it clear that his mission is to arm marginalized communities with the financial tools to fight back against systemic inequality. His protagonist, David, grows from a child witnessing his mother’s financial hardships to a man determined to educate and uplift others. The emotional weight of these moments makes the book feel raw and authentic.

The AI Revolution Will Not Be Televised is not just about heart, it’s also about strategy. Wadley delivers sharp critiques of Wall Street’s exploitative practices while laying out a clear, practical roadmap for financial independence. The chapters on AI-driven trading and market psychology are among the most compelling, offering insight into how technology is reshaping finance. Wadley doesn’t blindly praise AI, he warns of its dangers, especially when controlled by the wealthy elite. His approach is both empowering and cautionary, encouraging readers to seize AI’s potential before corporations monopolize its benefits.

The book’s greatest strength is also its most challenging aspect: its fusion of genres. It’s part memoir, part financial guide, part cultural commentary. This makes for a unique, engaging read, but at times, the shifts between personal anecdotes, financial advice, and historical reflections can feel abrupt. Readers expecting a straightforward finance book might find themselves caught off guard by the deep dives into music history and Harlem culture. But for those willing to embrace the blend, Wadley offers an experience unlike any other, a book that teaches while it inspires.

I’d recommend The AI Revolution Will Not Be Televised to anyone interested in financial literacy, particularly women looking to break into investing. It’s also a must-read for those curious about the intersection of AI, finance, and social justice. Wadley’s passion is contagious, his advice is actionable, and his storytelling makes complex topics feel accessible. Whether you’re a seasoned investor or just starting, this book challenges you to think differently about money, power, and the future of wealth in the digital age.

Darkness Lurks Beneath the Surface

Christopher Clark Author Interview

Feast of Valentine follows a former ballerina turned bartender seeking a fresh start, who returns home to Pottersville, where the town’s supernatural pull engulfs her in romance she never wanted. What was the inspiration for the setup of your story?

I’ve always been fascinated by the idea of places that seem to have a will of their own—towns that pull people in and refuse to let them go. Pottersville became that kind of place for Angie, the protagonist. I wanted to explore the tension between free will and fate, especially when it comes to love and desire. The inspiration also came from themes of isolation and how the past never truly lets us go. Angie returns home seeking a fresh start, but she quickly realizes that Pottersville has other plans for her.

The setting is also inspired by small-town mysteries where darkness lurks beneath the surface. The supernatural elements reflect the unseen forces that manipulate us, whether societal expectations, personal demons, or something else.

What are some things that you find interesting about the human condition that you think makes for great fiction?

I’m drawn to the complexities of desire, fear, and the struggle for control. One of the most fascinating aspects of the human condition is how we often want things that aren’t good for us—or resist things that are. That push and pull between choice and compulsion creates tension that makes for great storytelling.

Another theme I find compelling is identity—how we define ourselves versus how the world defines us. In Feast of Valentine, Angie struggles with who she is and what is being forced upon her, mirroring a real-world experience that many people can relate to.

What intrigues you about the horror and paranormal genres that led you to write this book?

Horror and the paranormal intrigue me because they allow us to explore fear in its purest form—whether it’s the fear of the unknown, the loss of control, or even love. In Feast of Valentine, the supernatural serves as a metaphor for the unseen forces that shape our lives, often beyond our control.

Paranormal elements give me the freedom to delve into deeper themes through a heightened, almost dreamlike lens. Love, for example, can be both intoxicating and terrifying at the same time. Writing horror also allows me to challenge expectations—because not all love stories are romantic, not every homecoming is a fresh start, and sometimes, the real monster isn’t lurking in the shadows—it’s the one smiling right in front of you.

Is this the first book in the series? If so, when is the next book coming out and what can your fans expect in the next story?

Yes, Feast of Valentine is the first book in the series. I’m currently working on another project, but the next book will also take place in Pottersville. However, it will feature a new cast of characters and explore a different set of themes.

Kelsey’s Crossing

David Randal’s Kelsey’s Crossing is a whirlwind of political scandal, personal redemption, and the messy gray areas of morality. It follows Greg Smith, a high-powered Washington insider whose world comes crashing down when the FBI raids his home, exposing a plot to rig an election. The book takes us through his fall from grace, prison years, and eventual reentry into society, one that forces him to confront not just his past sins but the kind of man he wants to become. What starts as a political thriller morphs into something deeper, more introspective, and surprisingly heartfelt.

One of the book’s biggest strengths is how it tackles corruption without glamorizing it. Greg isn’t some misunderstood antihero; he’s a man who thought he could outsmart the system and paid the price. The opening chapter is gripping, with the FBI storming his house and Greg realizing, in real-time, that his entire life is over. Randal’s writing is punchy and cinematic here, you can almost hear the battering ram, feel Greg’s pulse spike. But instead of keeping up that high-octane energy, the book takes an unexpected turn. The real story isn’t about political intrigue; it’s about what happens after. What does a man do when the empire he built collapses?

Greg’s prison years are some of the most fascinating parts of the book. Randal avoids clichés about hardened criminals and instead gives us a prison full of white-collar convicts, ex-judges, CEOs, even a priest, all grappling with their own disgrace. The conversations Greg has with his fellow inmates, particularly Judge Worley, add weight to the book’s themes of justice and accountability. The prison scenes don’t just show punishment; they show reflection. Greg’s realization that he’s more ashamed of disappointing his daughter than of breaking the law? That hits hard.

And then there’s the second act: Greg’s attempt at a quiet life in Kelsey, Tennessee. This is where the book surprised me most. His work at the Kelsey Rescue Mission, surrounded by men society has given up on, feels like his first real shot at redemption. The contrast between his old life, where power meant everything, and his new one, where a simple breakfast shift carries meaning, is stark. The writing here is softer, more contemplative, but never slow. Randal makes sure Greg’s past never stops looming. The tension with his old enemies, especially Lamar Goodman, is a constant reminder that Greg’s past isn’t finished with him yet.

Kelsey’s Crossing is for readers who enjoy political dramas with substance, but also for anyone who likes a redemption story with some real grit. It’s for those who want a character study as much as a thriller. If you love stories about second chances, messy, imperfect, but honest ones, this book is worth your time. Greg isn’t easy to like, but by the end, you’ll find yourself rooting for him, flaws and all. Randal doesn’t give him an easy out, and that’s what makes the journey feel real.

A Fine Line: The Beginning

A Fine Line: The Beginning is a gripping dark fantasy novel set against the brutal backdrop of the American Civil War. It follows William T. Healthaway II, a Union soldier thrown into the chaos of war, grappling with both the physical and emotional toll of battle. As he endures the horrors of combat, William’s fate intertwines with supernatural forces, making him question reality itself. Themes of destiny, brotherhood, and survival drive the narrative, making it an unforgettable journey through a world where history and the unknown collide.

One of the strongest aspects of Brennan’s writing is the visceral intensity of war. The battlefield is not romanticized. Instead, it’s a suffocating nightmare of gunfire, blood, and loss. The chapter Shattered Will hit me the hardest. When William and his best friend Buckner charge into battle, the carnage is unbearable, and the moment Buckner falls is gut-wrenching. Author J.C. Brennan doesn’t hold back—she forces the reader to sit with the weight of war, to feel the mud, the fear, and the unbearable grief of losing someone in an instant. The way she describes William’s descent into a mindless killing machine, fueled by rage and despair is some of the most hauntingly real war writing I’ve read.

Another standout aspect is the supernatural element woven into the story. The introduction hints at forces beyond human comprehension, and as the novel progresses, these eerie occurrences become impossible to ignore. Caroline, William’s wife, possesses the gift of foresight, which adds an intriguing layer to the story. Her ability to see into the future isn’t just a plot device—it deepens the emotional connection between her and William. When she writes to him, believing in his survival, it’s as if fate itself is guiding him. And then there’s Tyrone and Cecil, two runaway slaves who save William’s life. Their presence isn’t just historical—it’s mystical. The way Tyrone’s touch seems to ease William’s pain and how Cecil’s chants carry an air of the otherworldly suggest that fate, or something beyond it, is at play.

William is a man torn between duty and desperation, constantly longing for home but bound by the reality of war. His relationship with Buckner is a highlight—their banter, their loyalty, and the tragedy that unfolds between them make their bond one of the most compelling parts of the book. Tyrone’s backstory, detailing the horrific scars of slavery, is told with such raw honesty that it made my stomach turn. And Caroline, though physically distant for most of the novel, is a presence that looms over every decision William makes. Brennan has created a cast of characters that feel like real people, each carrying their own burdens, yet still holding onto hope.

I would absolutely recommend A Fine Line: The Beginning to anyone who enjoys dark fantasy and historical fiction with a twist. If you’re a fan of gritty war stories that don’t shy away from brutality, this is for you. If you love characters that feel real, with relationships that make you ache, you’ll find them here. Brennan delivers a powerful, immersive read that lingers long after the final page.

Countdown

Johan Ottosen’s Countdown is a fast-paced, intricate thriller that follows multiple characters as they race against time to prevent an apocalyptic disaster. The story spans Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, weaving together conspiracy, espionage, and political intrigue. At its heart, the novel follows radiation expert and former UN weapons inspector Søren Storm, journalist Kurt Østergaard, and other key figures who find themselves entangled in a deadly web of secrets. The book starts with a chilling scene in Copenhagen’s Tivoli Gardens, setting the tone for a story full of tension, unexpected twists, and dark revelations.

Ottosen’s writing is immersive, blending real-world research with fiction so seamlessly that it’s easy to believe these events could unfold outside our windows. His use of GPS coordinates at the start of each chapter adds a level of realism that’s both clever and unsettling. The book’s structure—short, punchy chapters—keeps the momentum high, making it hard to put down. One particularly gripping sequence involves a harrowing assassination through radiation manipulation, a scene so well-crafted it sent chills down my spine.

Kurt Østergaard is the journalist who stumbles onto a story much bigger than he anticipated. While these characters work well within the story’s framework, I would have liked to have plumbed their emotional depths a bit more. That said, their interactions and individual arcs remain compelling, particularly as the stakes grow higher with each passing chapter.

One thing that sets Countdown apart is its meticulous attention to historical and geopolitical details. The book touches on nuclear energy, intelligence agencies, and ancient secrets hidden in archives. It’s evident Ottosen has done his homework. Occasionally, the level of detail slows the pacing, especially during technical explanations about radiation and security protocols. A slightly more streamlined approach could have maintained both the intrigue and momentum without sacrificing depth.

Countdown is a gripping thriller that will appeal to fans of Dan Brown, Robert Ludlum, and Tom Clancy. It’s a story that blends action, conspiracy, and history in a way that keeps the reader engaged. If you enjoy high-stakes thrillers with a strong sense of place and a dose of realism, this book is well worth your time.
