Celebrate Success in Various Ways
Posted by Literary-Titan

The Success Guidebook is a self-help book designed to help readers find their definition of success and teach them the steps they need to achieve their idea of success. What inspired you to write this book?
I was inspired to write The Success Guidebook because of my own personal journey and experiences and over the years as a master coach, I see patterns with my clients reaching out for help with the topics of change and success.
I think it is time for people to know they are already wildly successful. For example, I think Taylor Swift would want us each to know how amazing we are. Right now, she’s probably one of the most, if not the most, monetarily and chart-topping, successful young women on the planet. But that’s her success. What’s your success? Since we can’t all be Taylor Swift, for example, it’s time we start redefining success for our own authentic selves, as this one-size-fits-all-concept is not only outdated but unworkable. We’re all different with different needs and different things that make us unique. Success for me is different than success for you and different for those you know. It’s time we celebrate success in various ways. Success is so much more than data or dollars.
As the CEO and founder of Best Ever You, a multimedia company dedicated to personal development and empowerment, I felt a strong desire to share my insights and strategies for achieving success with others. I want to help people go inward, upward, and outward to see it, be it, and do it and to fully understand how you can live life most authentically and aligned to you. Also, I’d love to see people maintain and sustain your vision for what success looks like for you personally and professionally and feel proud and valuable rather than searching and seeking thing after thing and always feeling less than.
I have a passion for helping people reach their full potential and live their best lives, which served as the driving force behind writing this book. I want to help people be and feel successful without the overwhelming drive for whatever society defines as “success” that so often overrides so many aspects of our personal lives. I help people create a life where personal and professional success live together.
What were some ideas that were important for you to share in this book?
I teach my clients about gratitude, compassion, change, and success. These are four concepts that I always want to share in my books through my own personal stories, contributors, or through the exercises that help a reader implement what they’ve learned. This book is the 2nd in the Guidebook Series. The first was The Change Guidebook – How to Align Your Heart, Truths, and Energy and Find Success in All Areas of Your Life. This guided readers through the Ten Points of Change.
In the Success Guidebook, I guide readers through the Ten Factors of Success. I developed these factors during my many years of working with clients as a master coach and founder of The Best Ever You Network. They are the proven tactics of creative action to help you visualize, actualize, and amplify excellence and success—and make them last. Whether you are dreaming big to achieve the awesomeness within or making a pivot, this process can be used time and time again to achieve the results you seek.
My goal is to help you master the Ten Factors of Success so that you have the tools to actualize your dreams and goals to amplify professional and personal success. These factors can help you navigate, overcome stubborn obstacles, and harness the power to courageously move forward with clarity, a renewed purpose, and the confidence to build a life of bold and infinite possibilities.
One of the things that stood out to me about your book is that it does not define success; instead, it teaches readers how to identify their own version of success. How did you come up with the exercises that you teach readers to help them find their paths?
Prior to becoming an author and owning Best Ever You, I spent many years as a corporate trainer in the financial services industry. I have an extensive background in developing courses and training materials for people of all ages. I am always learning more in the field of teaching and coaching people and my mentors Gary Kobat and Barbara Wainwright also check my work, make suggestions, and guide me. I’m very grateful for their help. I have always really loved the idea of journaling and completing exercises like this as I think they reinforce learning, not only the materials but more about yourself as well. I also wrote them, so they don’t take up a huge amount of time to complete but are still thought-provoking. I didn’t include anything that I didn’t personally take the time to complete and find value in doing so.
What is one thing that you hope readers take away from The Success Guidebook?
My books are here to help us all be more confident and never feel alone or like you’re the only person going through feeling the way we feel at times. I’ve tackled two huge topics in my books: change and success. These are topics where people generally feel fear or feel less than or not enough. The topics are confidence crushers, and I want people to feel anchored and centered in their confidence and knowledge. I hope my books are added to your Best Ever You Toolbox and they help you harness your power and move toward a life with unlimited possibilities. I seek to give people their power back and place it in their hands. It’s time to move forward with clarity, renewed purpose, and personalized confidence to build a life of bold, brave, and infinite possibilities.

Venturing Into Relationships
Posted by Literary-Titan

The Victorious Vagina takes readers on a journey through the highs and lows of modern relationships by sharing your experiences, from flirting to your first date to making a relationship work in the fast-paced life of NY City. Why was this an important book for you to write?
I really wanted to touch the minds and hearts of women when it comes to venturing into relationships. We have been duped into believing sex is what should come first.
What perspectives or beliefs have you challenged with this work?
The idea that sex will capture and keep a man. The feminist movement of the 70’s in America did more harm than good. Giving our precious flower to any and every man will not and has not made us the more powerful gender.
Has writing and publishing a book changed the way you see yourself?
Yes, very much. Years ago, a good friend asked if I thought I had a book in me, and I replied, yes. At the time I had no idea what I would write about, but I knew words would flow from my mind when the time was right.
What is the next book that you are working on, and when will it be available?
My next book is called The Vigilant Vagina – How To Recognize The Power Of The Flower. I hope that it will be available by December. It will conclude the vagina series.

Create Success and Separate Winners
Posted by Literary-Titan

Success is a Choice provides readers with an easily applied framework for elevating their professional lives presented in a fictional setting in which a frustrated executive seeks advice from a younger colleague. What was the inspiration for the setup of your story?
Success is a Choice is the essence of experiential learnings and insights of my 50-year career. Over these years, I have met numerous brilliant people who could not grow beyond a certain level. I closely watched and observed them. These wonderful people were always ‘highly valued’ but not good enough to grow further. A common theme was that none of them could figure out the true reasons for their stagnation.
These people were my inspiration to write Success is a Choice. I wanted to demystify the skills that create success and separate winners to help millions of talented young people in similar predicaments.
I used a fictional setting for two reasons. I wanted Success is a Choice to engage a wide variety of readers, unlike a usual non-fiction educational book that typically becomes a drag for most. Secondly, I wanted to illustrate how these skills can be applied in real-life situations; that is why this 19-chapter book constantly shuttles between Dan’s learning and how he learns to use them in real life at work and home.
What research did you do for this novel to get it right?
All key characters in the book are either a shade of me or someone I knew. Being a senior executive, I was responsible for the career planning of a vast number of managers and other employees. I would regularly assess and identify the skills that were barriers to their growth. I mentored and enabled my people to develop those skills. Many of them developed the skills and succeeded; some could not. This was my real research.
What were some of the trials that you felt were important to highlight Dan’s struggle and his growth?
I would not call them trials, but my experiences with several individual mentees are the core of my learnings to develop Dan’s character. I have observed and/or experienced almost everything in the book either personally or through others. My exposure to a large number of people from very different cultures and backgrounds became the basis of my knowledge and beliefs that I have illustrated in Success is a Choice.
What is the next book you are working on, and when will it be available?
I am currently working on an untitled book that will demystify Supply Chain and demonstrate that it can be a major contributor to profitable business growth. I want senior business leaders to not only comprehend the supply chain ‘puzzle’ but also learn to leverage it as a competitive advantage for business building.

Body Wisdom: A Guide To Connecting With Your Intuitive Self
Posted by Literary Titan

Body Wisdom: A Guide to Connecting with Your Intuitive Self by Cathy Williams is a personal development guide that emphasizes the benefits of developing a deeper connection with oneself. The book serves as a roadmap for self-discovery, focusing on the inherent wisdom our bodies possess. Through nurturing one’s intuition or innate body wisdom, readers can learn to understand their bodies’ needs and use this understanding to navigate life’s demands.
In this eight-chapter book, the author acknowledges that accessing this body of wisdom isn’t always straightforward. Many people prioritize logic and fear over gut feelings, leading to a disconnect from their bodies. Williams offers guidance through practices designed to strengthen and deepen the connection to oneself. Williams shares, “I had grown up with the belief that any act of caring for self was ‘indulgent’ or ‘selfish’…and needed to shed all my beliefs related to thinking this and replace these with ‘permission to prioritize’ what is important to me.”
What stands out about this book is its engaging style. Williams interweaves personal stories with vivid illustrations, transforming abstract concepts into relatable experiences. Her storytelling is authentic and warm, making the book an engaging read. The book also offers actionable advice, empowering readers to create personalized practices tailored to their unique journeys. The movement and breath activities provide invaluable guidance for enhancing awareness and fostering self-connection.
Body Wisdom is an excellent choice for those interested in self-discovery and self-love. Whether you’re new to intuitive connection or looking to deepen your existing practice, this book inspires. Through its gentle wisdom and practical insights, it encourages readers to embrace self-care, trust their intuition, and develop a deeper alignment with their bodies and themselves.

The Power of Imagination
Posted by Literary_Titan

The Heir of the Dynasty follows a king and queen who are responsible for running the Secret World Government who are ready to pass on the throne to their daughter and must teach their grandchildren about the family legacy. What inspired the setup of your story?
After finishing the novel The Wealth of the Great Kingdom, I felt the urge to move the story forward a millennium, into the modern world. This idea of a sequel in the distant future is at the heart of the construction of my story.
I find the world you created in this novel brimming with possibilities. Where did the inspiration for the setting come from and how did it change as you were writing?
The inspiration for my setting is complex and evolved during the writing process itself: Relation to previous story: The setting is based on the actions of the previous book, The Wealth of the Great Kingdom. This connection to an already created world is the basis of the construction of the details.
Personal experiences: I am fortunate to have traveled to many corners of the world, and some of these places are woven into the description of my world. These personal experiences enrich the details of the setting.
The Power of Imagination: Of course, I could not have created this world without my imagination. My goal was to create places that are both familiar and unfamiliar to the reader, to immerse him in a fascinating atmosphere.
Adapting to the story: As the characters developed and the story unfolded, I had to adapt some aspects of the world to meet their needs and actions. This flexibility is key to creating a realistic and dynamic setting.
What were some themes that were important for you to explore in this book?
In my story, several important themes are intertwined that shape the plot and the message: Family Relationships: I explore the dynamics between parents and children, siblings, grandparents and grandchildren. Different perspectives of different generations are presented to highlight the complexity of family ties.
Responsibility to Family: I consider the question of our responsibilities to our family members. How to balance personal desires with the needs of family is a key question that my characters must resolve.
Consequences of Secrets: I question the consequences of keeping secrets. When it is justified to hide the truth and when it is not – this is a dilemma that my characters face in order to understand themselves and their loved ones.
Will there be a follow-up novel to this story? If so, what aspects of the story will the next book cover?
Yes, I plan to write a continuation of the story. In it, I would like to delve into some of the topics raised, such as: The implications of carrying the burden of legacy and the challenges of governance in a complex world. I would also like to further explore the development of my characters and their relationships with each other.
