You Are So Much More: Truths Shared by Spirit – Volume Two – I Survived, Now What?
Posted by Literary Titan

Laura Muchmore’s You Are So Much MORE, Volume 2 picks up where the first volume left off, diving headlong into her post-near-death spiritual transformation and the extraordinary sessions of Quantum Hypnotherapy that followed. The book reads like a spiritual diary, where trauma, recovery, and revelations are processed in real-time through guided hypnosis, channeled conversations with divine beings, and deeply personal reflections. It’s part memoir, part metaphysical exploration, and part call to awaken, to remember who we really are and what we’re here to do. The book unfolds through sessions with her practitioner Bella, as Laura communicates with higher-dimensional collectives, deceased souls, guides, and even her own Higher Self, uncovering emotional wounds, energy parasites, and cosmic downloads on the meaning of human life.
I found the writing heartfelt and unfiltered—raw in its emotions, direct in its confessions, and filled with vulnerable honesty. Laura’s voice is earnest and often funny. At times, the narration feels like an internal monologue that’s made its way onto the page. And yet, that’s part of the charm. She’s not preaching from a mountaintop. She’s in the trenches—sick, angry, confused, laughing, and wide-eyed in wonder. Some ideas and metaphysical claims may be hard to digest, especially if you’re new to spiritual or energy healing work, but Laura’s openness gives you permission to take what resonates and leave the rest.
What truly stuck with me was the emotional depth and the sense of spiritual companionship. Her conversations with “The Ancients,” Archangel Michael, Jesus, and even a confused spirit named Roberta aren’t just interesting, they’re moving. The book made me feel both smaller and bigger. Small in the face of the mystery and vastness of existence, but big in knowing there’s more to me than my everyday life. That said, there were parts that tested my patience. Some chapters take their time, and the deep metaphysical focus might feel a bit dense if you’re someone who’s more rooted in the everyday. But just when things start to drift, a single line would land—clear, powerful, and deeply true—and it would pull me right back in.
I’d recommend this book to spiritual seekers, especially those recovering from illness, loss, or trauma. If you’re into energy healing, quantum spirituality, or channeling, you’ll probably feel right at home. This isn’t a book you just read. You feel it. You walk with Laura. You question, you wonder. And maybe, like me, you come away seeing the world a little differently.

A Story of Self-Reflection
Posted by Literary-Titan

Blood Flow is a raw, unfiltered memoir that stitches together decades of family trauma, personal ambition, health battles, and the relentless search for meaning. Why was this an important book for you to write?
I believe that almost all people endure a significant trauma at least once in their lives. Mine was the suicide death of my father, soon after I turned thirteen years old. Parent loss is trauma, especially to the young, who may lack the information or understanding of why such tragedies happen. In my case, I began interviewing family and obtaining three sets of hospitalization records when my dad was admitted for severe depression and suicidal ideation. I traveled to Trieste, Italy, where he was stationed as an army doctor, and to the Eastern European town where he was born and emigrated from with his family when he was three years old, already fatherless himself. This decades-long search provided a deep understanding of my dad’s history and an appreciation that he was in my life as long as he was.
What were some ideas that were important for you to share in this book?
Sometimes, people need to make a concerted effort to overcome trauma and see life as a great gift. It’s good for adult children to learn what they can about their parents because that knowledge will inform their understanding of their childhood. As a writer, I think that a memoir should not just be a story of victimhood and blame, but rather a story of self-reflection and knowledge, realizing that most people do the best they can with what they have.
What was the most challenging part of writing your memoir, and what was the most rewarding?
The most challenging part of writing my memoir was twofold. One was trying to stay objective while remaining compassionate and emotionally attached to events that radically changed my life. Two was repeatedly redrafting and revising the writing until I found a narrative structure, voice, pacing, and succinct narrative style to engage readers.
How has writing your memoir impacted or changed your life?
Completing my memoir and having it published brought closure to a writing project that took me decades to “get right.” Revisiting the traumatic events and aftermath of my father’s suicide eventually helped me understand and practice compassion, love, and a full appreciation of life.

Fight the Battle with Faith
Posted by Literary-Titan

Welcome to My World offers a deeply personal exploration of the often-misunderstood condition of Dementia, drawing from your own journey to illuminate the path for others and offer practical insight and emotional support. Why was this an important book for you to write?
I have seen how families and even society treat Dementia as a disease and this prompted me to write this book, to think otherwise.
What were some ideas that were important for you to share in this book?
Important is family acceptance and treating the family member’s illness as normal, as by so doing the condition may be stable.
I appreciated the candid nature with which you told your story. What was the hardest thing for you to write about?
The hardest part was that my father-in-law passed on not due to dementia, but multiple heart attacks, which I feel can be prevented. We were told to accept that breathlessness is due to the ageing process, which is WRONG. If only I didn’t believe.
What is one thing that you hope readers take away from Welcome to My World?
You are not alone. Some may experience family members having advanced stages. We need ask ourselves if we want to give up hope or to fight the battle with faith.

Welcome to my WORLD – is DEMENTIA the END OF THE WORLD for the patient and family members?
Family members must accept and journey along with their loved ones and try to understand their “NEW WORLD”
Community should not categorize and brand people with DEMENTIA but attempt to understand their WORLD.
LOVE and COMPASSION is the “KEY” for us to understand and embrace this NEW WORLD,
ARE WE READY?

Authenticity Isn’t Optional
Posted by Literary-Titan

Harnessing Purpose: A Marketer’s Guide to Inspiring Connection is a guide, a memoir, and a motivational tool all rolled into one book that explores what it means to connect, inspire, and create positive change. Why was this an important book for you to write?
Harnessing Purpose was born out of a deep desire to reframe how we think about marketing—not just as a business function, but as a tool for connection, empathy, and impact. After two decades in the healthcare and nonprofit sectors, I saw firsthand how purpose-driven storytelling could move people, heal communities, and drive real change. This book was important to write because I wanted to offer both a roadmap and a reflection point for marketers—especially those who are mission-driven—to reconnect with why they do this work and who they do it for. It’s both personal and practical because in today’s noisy world, authenticity isn’t optional—it’s everything.
What is a common misconception you feel people have about marketing?
One of the biggest misconceptions is that marketing is just about selling—it’s not. At its core, marketing is about building trust and forming genuine connections. Especially in fields like healthcare and mental health, marketing has the power to educate, empower, and destigmatize. It can be a force for good when it’s done with integrity and heart. Unfortunately, too many still view it as manipulation rather than meaningful communication.
What were some ideas that were important for you to share in this book?
I wanted to emphasize that finding alignment between personal and brand purpose is not only possible—it’s powerful. I also prioritized themes of inclusion, ethical storytelling, and resilience in the marketing profession. Whether you’re leading a campaign or just starting out, your work matters more when it’s grounded in values. And importantly, I wanted readers to feel seen, encouraged, and equipped to lead with authenticity.
What is one thing that you hope readers take away from Harnessing Purpose?
That purpose is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. When marketers and business leaders operate from a place of purpose, they don’t just meet KPIs—they change lives. I hope readers walk away with the confidence that their voice, their story, and their work can make a lasting impact. Marketing, when rooted in purpose, becomes a catalyst for connection, creativity, and social good.

Life Beyond Our Human Boundaries
Posted by Literary-Titan
The Gift chronicles your transformative journey from skeptical seeker to confident spiritual guide, uncovering intuitive gifts and ancestral wisdom through decades of metaphysical exploration. Why was this an important book for you to write?
My journey showed me that there is much more to life on earth than we discern with our five senses and I felt it was important to share this with others who are embarking on a similar path. Not only to know of this expanded view of the world but to utilize this dimension to enrich one’s life as well as elevate group consciousness.
What moment during the writing of The Gift felt the most vulnerable to put into words?
Although I believe this memoir made me more vulnerable in general because of my experiences with the beyond, I would say being contacted by extra-terrestrials was by far the most compelling and significant encounter confirming there is life beyond our human boundaries. Admitting to having contact with extra-terrestrials back in the eighties was controversial and looked upon with disbelief.
Were there any spiritual encounters you chose not to include in the book because they felt too personal or unbelievable?
Funny that you should ask that question. Yes, there are many more incredible occurrences that were left out. For instance, my psychic abilities have expanded exponentially. I have met strangers and been able to connect with their loved ones and give a meaningful message. It is not something I consciously do, but when someone who passed on knows I can relay a message they get excited and ask me to do so. I also am able to tune into the years that trauma occurred in one’s life by looking at their energy field which can facilitate healing. Now that I have established a presence, my next book will include a deeper level of exploration.
If you could offer one piece of advice to readers who are just beginning to notice intuitive experiences in their lives, what would it be?
First, be open to the potential that there is much more to the world than what we can see. Secondly, meditate to calm the body and mind to allow a deep level of relaxation that prepares one for hearing their subconscious thoughts as well as connecting to the collective unconscious. These practices can lead to synchronicities and open the gate to the unseen world.
