Or are you a Sage today?
Let’s find out as we go on a self-reflective journey of pearl harvesting. Pearls Of My Mind, is a book that houses my rainbow thoughts. As each of seven colored pearls brings simple wisdom, dazzling jewelry is cautiously stringed.
This book deals with the connection between colors and emotions and their relationship to the Chakras. Pearls are rightly synonymous to purity, clarity, and longevity. They are wisdom in the true sense! What better example to teach us the essential lessons of patience and perseverance? So, I chose pearls to be our guide and the three S’s to be our models! At the end, every chapter has a short poem, a mantra and a few journal style pages with questions for you to answer. I humbly invite you on a journey of self-discovery!
Oh, Rainbow Pearls!
Thy vivid prismatic hues,
Thy pure poised wisdom,
Thy bold mighty endurance,
I majestically manifest thy cues!
I majestically manifest thy cues!
Industry Reviews:
“Whereas many spiritual writers speak of ascending from one spiritual stage to another as if on a staircase of achievements, Saravanakumar’s concept of roles is more forgiving than that: “We keep changing roles as our emotions move from lower frequencies to higher,” she explains. Even the most reactionary of us experience moments of Sage-ness: “In fact, everybody touches this space and leaves every day. It may be for a second or a minute.” And even Sages “must endure the lower spectrum of emotions, not giving in to the negative thoughts.” According to Saravanakumar, it’s all about balance — and tipping that balance in favor of the positive.”~ BookTrib

Embody
Posted by Literary Titan
Embody by Sonee Singh is a rousing and inspired collection of poems exploring the common theme of healing, organized in the form of the seven chakras – Muladhara (Root), Svadhisthana (Sacral), Manipura (Solar Plexus), Anahata (Heart), Vasudha (Throat), Ajna (Third Eye), Sahasrara (Crown). The chakras are an ancient energy system having roots in ancient India, the birthland of Yoga. A blocked chakra can manifest itself in the form of several mental and physical diseases. Thus, Singh’s idea of classifying her poems in the form of seven chakras coincides with her overarching theme of healing.
The best feature of this collection of poems is that they are not forced and seem to be flowing from the inner self as any good poem should. As Singh mentions, while writing the book, she did not have the theme in mind, and it was only after finishing that she realized that they had a common theme and a hidden structure. The simple short poems flow easily and carry readers along with their easy-to-understand and straightforward form and a free-flowing rhyming scheme.
The book, in itself, is aesthetically pleasing and offers a treat to the eyes with its colorful water paint illustrations, white background and uncluttered, minimalist layout. I feel that the knowledge of Chakras is not well known, so one feature that I would have liked to have had in the book is a bit of an introduction about the focal point of the chakra and its manifestation.
Embody is a collection of simple poetry that I think will be very appealing to average readers as it contains thoughtful but stimulating poetry that is easy to understand and is powerful because of it.

Egyptian Numerology: Emergence into the Fifth Dimension
Posted by Literary Titan
Every soul has a contract. That contract must be fulfilled. This is a guidebook to fulfilling the soul contract. It is a road-map to living according to the soul chakra. It is a sort of manual for Egyptian numerology. With this book, one can derive their own soul’s purpose without using those notoriously inaccurate numerology calculators on the internet. This form of numerology seeks to lay out all the possibilities of life. If one is already on their destined path, they can use this book as a way to find their compass. To find how far along they are on the prescribed journey.
With this book, you will be able to achieve perspective. You will be able to know and remember who you are, where you come from, what paths are before you, your special abilities, and how to use them. You will be able to devise a method for self-empowerment. This is not a shortcut to realizing your potential and destiny. It is a tool to find the path yourself. It is more fulfilling that way.
You are relatively happy but you still feel like something is missing on occasion. You still feel a tad unfulfilled despite seemingly living fully and happily. That could be because you are in breach of your soul’s contract. If you are looking to gain the ability to realize your true path. Or, you are looking for assurance that your are on the right path. Or, maybe you just want to recognize yourself intrinsically. This is the book for you.
Sara Bachmeier has been a student and follower of Egyptian Numerology for years now. Her knowledge and capability in the subject are quite evident from her relay of the book. She has a wonderful writing gift. Her exemplary writing only works to enhance the experience with this book which improves understanding of the subject matter.
This is not a book you read while you wait for your flight. This is a book you read on a quiet day or evening by the fire. This is the book you read when you are completely relaxed. The only way you can grasp the quintessence of Egyptian numerology is by doing it with an open mind and welcoming soul. The author makes sure to do everything else for you. However, her language gets a little too technical in some instances. This may threw me off a little bit but it does not take away from the experience and value.
This book is enlightening. It is educational. It is fresh. It will be life changing if you let it. This book can be the best decision you have made in a while. It is never too late to get on the right path. Never too late to learn something. Never too late to take stock of your life.

It describes how to perform Reiki, and has pictures of the hand positions. Learn how to create healing boxes for healing, manifestation, weight loss, fertility, abundance and much more.

The Chakra System
Posted by Literary Titan
In Finding Balance and Forgiveness Through Chakras and Art you discuss the seven Chakras, where they’re located, how to determine if they’re blocked and how to correct it . Why was this an important book for you to write?
I have been yearning to write a book about resilience for many years but I always got stalled as I tried to find the correct template. It was not until I had endured a near death experience and started looking more seriously at alternate methods of healing that my ideas started to gel. I had actually given up on writing the book and dedicated myself to healing my own issues and found that the use of the chakra system was perfect. After I had turned my own life around, I realized that the template for my book was right there: the Chakra system. The seven chakras provide the perfect road map: colour coded and simple to use. And the chakra system works well with other methods of healing (traditional and alternative) and is not discriminatory. Regardless of one’s race, gender, sexual identity, culture, or spiritual path, the chakra system can be used.
One of the different aspects of this book over others on Chakras is the incorporation of art in all stages. Why is this a vital aspect?
Well, first of all, I am an artist, so it is just part of the fabric of my being. And I truly believe we are all artists. Children have an innate ability to be creative and as we age, we tend to lose that freedom of creative expression. I have used art as a therapeutic tool with mental health patients for many years. Art is a natural healing method, but when art is used with the chakra system, magic happens…truly. I’ve seen people who are skeptical of using alternative healing methods, such as the chakra system, but when an artistic exercise is added to the experience, it seems to provide increased clarity and buy-in for the participant. I have found that art ties in well with explaining the different levels of the chakra system. And art makes the experience fun.
What do you find is one common misconception people have about Chakras?
I think there are a lot of misguided sexual identity beliefs about the chakra system:
- that the basic human needs, including sexuality, are not as important as the higher level chakras
- That there is a negative connotation to feminine traits and that masculine attributes are viewed in a more positive light
As I studied the system, I realized that balance in all areas is critical. And that all aspects of self: needs and enlightenment; masculine and feminine are necessary and desired.
I think this book is a great reference for people new or experienced to the study of Chakras and self-healing. What do you hope readers take away from your book?
My hope is that people find balance, while understanding that there are times we need the help of experts – and while knowing that we can also take an active role in our own health, self care, happiness, and ability to connect with ourselves, others, and a higher power. Balance is achieved when we are able to forgive… ourselves, others, circumstances. Yes, there is work to do, but it can be fun, manageable, and with a bit of artistic flair and pizzaz!

Finding Balance and Forgiveness through Chakras and Art
Posted by Literary Titan
Have you ever wondered what Chakras are and how they can impact your well-being? Teresa McCallum has written a book that is the culmination of years of research, personal experiences, and learning from experts. McCallum is a registered nurse that has spent many years working in the mental health field and has the educational background to back up her findings using these non-traditional methods. In Finding Balance and Forgiveness Through Chakras and Art you will discover what the seven Chakras are, where they are located, how to determine if it is blocked, deficient or in excess of energy and how to correct it so you can bring your body into balance. In addition to providing readers with information on the Chakras and how to balance them, she gives readers real life examples and stories. Many from her own life as a nurse, and her own personal experiences.
Walk through any book store or brows online and you will find thousands of self-help books.
One of the different aspects of this book over others on Chakras is the incorporation of art in all stages. Teresa McCallum offers up methods to incorporate specific forms of art for each Chakras to help you find balance. From working with clay to dance and performing arts, there are an abundance of suggestions on how to use art forms to focus your mind and body to heal your Chakras. There are examples of art, and there are diagrams and instructions for the recommended yoga poses. It is all organized with plenty of quick reference charts to refer back to. I particularly love the silhouettes drawings of the yoga poses, they are simple and uncomplicated and make it easy for me to see how the pose is done. For more complicated one there are instructions as well as recommended breathing techniques to go with them. I found most of the stories helpful in understanding the purpose of each of the Chakras, though a few felt drawn out longer than needed. You can tell the author has a great passion for helping others and the people she chooses to include in this book mean a great deal to her. Sharing of her personal struggles, especially her cardiac arrest, make her relatable because she shows how her life took such a drastic downfall and what she needed to do to heal.
Finding Balance and Forgiveness Through Chakras and Art is a great reference for those new or old to the study of Chakras and self-healing. It is inspiring to learn to detect all the symptoms in your body and trace them back to an origin. What I appreciate the most in this book, is that Teresa McCallum doesn’t promote ignoring traditional medicine and the advice of doctors. She encourages the use of Chakra balancing in addition to getting medical treatment when needed. It is refreshing to see that the two worlds can be combined. I recommend this book for anyone curious about Chakras and how this can improve their day to day life.

The Book of Self and How it Interrelates
Posted by Literary Titan
Have you ever met a person for the first time and upon shaking hands experience a sort of electrical shock? Ever been inexplicably drawn to a particular person or animal? Energy is the chain that connects humans to the planet, heavens, animals, plants and other humans. By sharing the earth, energy is transferred through earth’s beings. Energy is the life force of all things. Water is energy. Water can exist in many different forms, which makes it the best conductor of energy. Water is quintessential to life. Without water, man surely will, for lack of a better word, wither. In the absence of water, plants die, animals perish and air becomes ‘unbreathable’. Water keeps the earth going.
The earth has layers; lithosphere, asthenosphere, upper mantle, lower mantle, outer core and inner core. The inner core is also referred to as the solar plexus, the hot centre of the earth. These layers vary in energy frequencies. Just like the earth, humans also have layers. Layers whose energy levels also vary. The energy that surrounds a person is known as aura. Aura is a worldly womb. The strength of this aura is determined by the mind. One’s thoughts can affect and direct their energy. The earth’s energy field protects it from cosmic disasters and solar flares. By the same principle, a weak aura leaves room for unhappiness and attacks on self. Based on the energy running through a person, they can be completely attuned to the cosmos or in utter incongruence. All these frequencies travel up the body to congregate and project like a beam through the third eye. This is a spot between the eyebrows. What importance is this information to human beings? How does knowing about energy and aura beneficial to the human race?
The Book of Self: A Thesis on Energy and How It Interrelates urges on the importance of following one’s intuition. Intuition is the natural Wi-Fi allowing communication between the mind and the universe to make accurate predictions. Floyd Williams also introduces the idea of sound and color being a language. The seven colors of the rainbow are ingrained in the threads of human psychological make-up. In his opinion, these colors should be integrated in everyday life as much as possible. The author reveals the secret to freeing one’s mind. A clear understanding of energy is essential in the quest to find true selves. A man’s true potential and power lies in their ability to let their mind run free and unencumbered. This book gives a prelude to this journey. The information in this book is a prerequisite in the study of life.
This book uses easily understandable illustrations to unravel the answers to life’s questions. The author properly illustrates how to properly treat life as the gift it is. In Floyd’s terms, “Life is the gift, everything else is a blessing”. The reader’s relationship with self and the earth will be enhanced upon understanding the information in this book.
